[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when i received the hook it took me a little while to firue out the best place for it to used. I realized that i needed something to hang a very heavy pot that we are always working around in our cupboard. I decided to try the hook to hang the pot on the inside of a pantry door. It works perfectly and i don't have any doubts that it is able to hold this heavy pot.

The drying rack hangs from it, and clears up space on the floor. I'm impressed by how much this little hook can hold.

It gives her more space in her small apartment for storage and won't leave a mark on the wall. I use Command Hooks in my home, I've never had one come loose, yet they are easy to remove- if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, I have used adhesive hooks to hang things on the wall. My experiences have been almost exclusively frustrating. Typically, the hooks fall off (with the item hung on them)...even when super lightweight items were hung. A far different experience with this Command Brand Jumbo Utility hook. After three weeks, the hook is going strong. It doesn't even appear to be coming loose. An expected surprise was that the package included double the adhesive strips necessary. That could be helpful if I need to move the hook or if I messed up the initial installation (which is very easy). I haven't wanted to remove it, but everything I have read shows that it will remove without leaving a sticky mess behind...which is quite unlike all previous hooks that have self-detached from my walls. I had completely stopped buying adhesive hooks, but after my experience with the Command Brand Jumbo Utility hook, I'm back on board with trying adhesive hooks...at least this brand.

I really like the design of this product it seems enough wide so it would not break easily, I had a little of a problem making this stay at first, but I have to say I was doing this wrong. Anyway it worked perfectly and looks very sturdy.

I use these hooks on the back of my door to hang lunch bags and coats ready out of sight.

It really does hold a step stool without falling; I'm impressed! I haven't tried Command hooks in years because it didn't hold as well as I would have liked. That issue is solved. It was very easy to apply to my wall. It comes off very easy if you want to move it. It doesn't take off any paint what-so-ever. I will definitely be buying more of these.

In order to organize a bunch of heavy duty outdoor extension cords I used the hook to hang one of my longer cords from it in my garage. It works great and keeps them tangle-free but within easy reach. I was quite pleased with the results.

While it was more expensive than a traditional nail-in hook, it was very useful to temporarily hang up a heavy coat and/or towel. When I wanted to remove it from the spot, it came off the wall somewhat easily, without leaving a mark. When you consider the time that you would need to spackle, sand and re-paint an area if you used a traditional molly bolt or shield, the extra cost upfront was well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They did it again! I was given this product by the company to sample. Package says its capacity is 7.5 lbs, but it held twice that. Granted, it was a short period of time (about 2 days), but it still held. The hook did not come off the wall until almost 20 pounds was hung on it. If you're looking to hang something up that weighs 10 pounds or less and the wide hook won't limit you, this is a great product to throw up on the wall.

I have many prints, fine art if you will, that I want to hang on my walls. However, I truly do not like having to use nails, screws, anchors, the whole nine yards just to hang a print. Enter Command Jumbo Hooks! Solution Found! Once I decide where I want to hang the print, I can have it ready in about a minute (minus the wait time for hanging)! Attach the strips to the back of the hood, press onto the wall, move the hook from the backing, press the backing with both hands onto the wall for 30 seconds, then re-attach the hook! Now wait 1 hour while the adhesive adheres to the wall, then hang your print! Decide to move it to another location? No Problem! Take the print down, remove the hook and pull down on the adhesive. It comes right off the wall with no damage to the wall what so ever. Attach new adhesive backing and start the hanging process over again in a new location! While I do own my home, this is perfect for renters that have limits on how many holes you can put in the walls, this will equal zero holes! What a great way to ensure no deduction on your security deposit for holes in the wall. You will not regret purchasing this product. I'm going to get a dozen more for myself!

I first planned to use this hook for holding my husband's lunch box at the end of each day but when the long handle on his bag made that location unworkable we decided to use it for our heavier winter bathrobes. The wide hook is perfect for this and fortunately, it comes with 4 tabs which made repurposing it extremely easy! Stretch, release, and restick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Command Brand products come in so many sizes and they are such a good quality and provide solutions to storage and hanging problems inside and out. The Jumbo Hook is strong enough to hold very heavy items, like ironing boards, ladders, heavy pots and more. I actually use mine as a coat rack and it stands up to daily wear. Best of all, when it's time to remove the hook I know that my door surface will not be damaged.

I received the Jumbo Hook from 3M, at no cost, as part of their product evaluation program and I am very happy that they finally have one that can hold more weight. I have been using the Command Hooks for a couple of years and think they are awesome. The Jumbo Hook is great because is can hold 7.5lbs and I feel it could hold a bit more due to past experiences with their other hooks. When I opened the package, I noticed the back of the hook, the part that attaches to the wall, was different. You can slide the actual hook off the back which is a nice feature to adhere it to the wall. The instructions on the back of the package are clear however I did have some difficulty separating the 2 pieces. The hook part and surrounding face plate slide up and off of the back that adheres to the wall. Doing this for the first time requires a bit of force but the 2 pieces will separate. I didn't feel like the pieces were flimsy or would snap and/or crack. To clarify though, I did not follow the directions exactly. I separated the 2 pieces before I attached it to the wall even though the instructions state to do this after you attach it to the wall. The reason for this is so you can put a lot of even pressure on the back plate to get the strongest adhesion. I feel that separating the 2 pieces before attaching works better due to the design of the hook. The back plate that you attach the sticky pads to is slightly recessed from the rest of the hook so I felt just having the back plate on the wall by itself would allow me to apply more even pressure. After I attached the hook to the back plate, I left it alone for a couple of hours. The package says wait 1 hour before hanging though. I hung my step stool and it is still hanging 5 days later. I don't know the exact weight of the stool but it's not light and pushes the weight limit of 7.5lbs. Overall, I am happy with the new Jumbo Hook. The hook itself is wide but does not protrude from the wall very much which can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on what you want to hang. The handle of the step stool fits well but anything with a larger diameter will not hang. I think multiples hung horizontally would be nice to hang longer items that you want to keep off the floor or your shelves. Hopefully there will be additional hooks that will hold a heavier weight because once you start using these, you won't want to go back to using nails, hooks or other hangers.
