This is a great toilet, easy up and down for this 81 year old. It also has a dual flush that’s amazingly strong and efficient and I’m sure will be a water saver.

Misjudged the height needed. Overestimated and could not return otherwise it is good

The toilet is great! Very tall which helps my ailing knees. However it was very very cheap of them for not including the wax ring. That cost us another day of the contractor and gas 25 miles each way to the store.

It is VERY tall - be sure it is a height where you are comfortable. We use a stool for our feet. The seat is very uncomfortable and small so we replaced ours right away.

I am not happy with this very expensive toilet. The seat that comes with it does not cover the bowl. It cuts circulation and is very uncomfortable. I will have to buy a new one. Water level is so low that I worry bowl will get soiled every time solid waste is passed. Flushing action is not strong and bowl cannot handle too much paper. We must keep a plunger handy. If it wasn’t so much trouble and expense to install, I would return it. So sorry I bought this toilet!

Height is terrific but seat is very uncomfortable. Also I dislike low water level in bowl. No way to raise it. Afraid it will be soiled every time it is used

First off if you are not at least 6 ft tall don’t buy this toilet, it’s too high and very uncomfortable to sit on. Installation should of been easy but it had the wrong size nuts for the bolts to lock down the toilet. The price is ridiculous what they charge and they couldn’t even supply a wax gasket for this toilet. I could of bought two toilets for this price. Have fun trying to find parts when things eventually break as they do eventually. I looked to see if Home Depot sold replacement parts and they don’t or anywhere else. Thank God Home Depot let me return this today!

Was put into service on 4-15-23. This extra height above the high one we had before is perfect for our needs. We are in septuagenarian group. I am tall and unformfortable on small short toilets. Wife has back and knees issues. It is so much easier for her mobility. Be ready folks, the word will get out there about a better height and competitors will flock to this improved idea. Just remember these guys were first.

Purchased it for my elderly parents very safe, practical and comfortable for them

Beautiful, high quality easy to install and keep clean. Fits my 6'3+ long legged son, bowl is deeper too. Would also be perfect for those who have recently had hip or knee surgery or problems. It is great, highly recommend. Only had it installed for a couple weeks, but so far so good.

I bought this online in part because of the great reviews I read. Sadly, when mine was delivered to my house, it was missing all gaskets, the bolts to attach tank to toilet, the compents inside the tank to fill and flush and any and all things necessary to make connections water tight. HD has a very poor, complicated and lengthy processes to try to get resolution. Don’t count on getting to talk to a human being. I finally was given a phone number for the manufactuer. The manufacturer does not answer their telephones. You will not like it if they fail to send all the parts you need. Is it going to be a good product when I get the parts? Maybe, I don’t know. I do know that HD isn’t going to be helpful to you if you don’t get all the compents for a very expensive toilet. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Really could use better hardware, instead of plastic bolts and nuts.

Bought this toilet because of the wife's back and knee issues. She is 5 feet 7 inches in height. It makes it easier for her to get on and off the toilet, would highly recommend. However, I do agree with other reviews about the toilet seat that comes with the toilet, it actually hurts the back of the legs to sit on. Buy a different toilet seat, be prepared.
