A simple tool that really works. A few quick passes over any blade, and you have a razor sharp blade. Works especially well on garden tools.

I figured I would give it a try so that I would not have to take apart my various pruning shears to sharpen them. To my surprise, it really works! It is a quick easy way to keep your shears sharpened and easy to use between prunings. Just a few strokes cleans up the cutting edge.

I needed a quick effective way to sharpen my gardening shears. This little tool was easy to use and worked as advertised.

I use this as a striker for my ferro rod. Works excellent.

This worked GREAT for my small pocket knife! BUT_ what I got it for is to use as a striker for my Ferrocerium rods, which are used to throw sparks for starting a fire. The carbide tip is PERFECT for throwing the sparks, as it is HARD & SHARP-EDGED. This works much better that using the back of your knife blade, or the strikers that are supplied for same use. I HIGHLY recommend the product as it does the jobs of both sharpening AND throwing sparks from a 'Farrow' rod.

It did the job like it said it would.

Better than most sharpeners. Would have been nice if it was stocked in the store. It took close to a month to be delivered to my local store.

I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly.

In my24 years climbing, and trimming trees this is the tool I go too. I can touch up my pole pruner on site without taking the pruner head apart, or putting it in a vice.

This little tool is Perfect for sharpening all my lopers and pruning shears. And I can use this to sharpen many other things. The video was very helpful also. And just like it showed and on the instructions just a few passes on the blade and its sharp. Also you don't have to be heavy handed and force full with it. I have bad arthritis in hands and wrist so my hand and finger strength is poor and it works for me! Awesome little tool.

Well made pocket size sharpener. A very handy tool to have around in the kitchen, in the ' man- cave ' and in the garden shed.
