[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a good machine, Starts easy, cuts well, controls are easy to handle, Good alternative for a yard that needs a bigger cut but a rider won't work. Used it to cut neighbors high grass, did a good job. It's gear driven, not a hydro, adjust accordingly. 1st gear is slow, but, used it to get accustomed to machine, 2nd gear does pretty well for an older fat guy :) . It has a little mass and you need to get accustomed to a larger machine if used to a smaller push mower, but it is easy to get used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it as a scratch and dent. It has a stamped deck and did not cut as I hoped. My unit has some off brand engine and ran okay,but I was concerned as with most cub cadet stuff now, that they use the Chinese "knock off" engine. The drive unit seemed okay, but over all the unit had a cheap feel to it. I sold mine after an hour and a half as it had already thrown the blade belt once and twisted the deck when the blades impacted each other. I did see that they reduced the engine size again and went back to a Briggs and Stratton engine. This is in no way shape or form a commercial grade mower. I bought a Billy Goat.

This mower works great. Easy to operate. More like a goat the way it chews through tall grass. I bought it for hill sides that my Cub Cadet rider won’t climb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my CC800 for a month and have 4 or 5 cuts under my belt. It took a bit to get used to but after the 3rd cut I've got it down pat. This is a machine and powers through my thick lush lawn with ease. My previous mower was the Toro 30" Timesaver...no comparison to the CC800 not even close. The finished lawn looks absolutely beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful engine. Heavy and a bit of a handful, but it’s perfect for my bumpy somewhat hilly 1.2 acres.

Love the power the engine has and never had a problem with it until 6 months from purchase. My drive went. So it's been at the authorized dealer for warranty repairs for 4 weeks. I live in Florida and thank God it is the winter or my grass would be up to my knees by now. I hope the fix works, just disappointed in how fast something broke.

Great on flat land, BTA on side incline, powerful engine, quieter than expected.

I was not happy with it, so I returned it and bought the Toro Timemaster instead. I mainly was looking for a wider cut mower. The mower was the right size for cutting, but had too many things that I didn't like. Here are the important ones.Negatives:-The speed goes from too slow to too fast.- Your hands will fall at sleep from squeezing engaging the handle- Hard to handle, especially if you have a yard with obstacles.-The tire ends up digging in the lawn as you turn, there is a science behind how to avoid that. -Does not come with a bagPositive:-Good looking strong machine -True wide cut-Awesome key start In summary, it was not the right mower for me. But it's relatively about what you are looking for and what's important to you. Thanks.

The Cub Cadet 33” self propelled mower is a good choice for medium to larger lawns. It’s powerful enough for long, heavy or wet grass and has no problem with the 25deg slopes in my yard. It can be hard to turn so you must go slow and plan your path.

Nice machine but very heavy. Hard to handle and it’s a workout in the turns.

Mower arrived on time and works as advertised.

Mower is exactly what I need in in type and style, only draw back is that if one rear wheel bounces off ground it quits driving , not lock rear end. I use it to mow along a bank where a ZTR mower can not stay on. Is whole only reason I bought this type of mower. A locked rearend and the low gear would make this thing an awsome piece of equipment. Or a limited slip rear drive maybe better yet. Still a great mower. Just bought it , just hope it lasts . we will see. Thanks: Steve Smallwood.

Overall a great experience with this mower. It cuts my mowing time in half or more since I have a large front and back yard. It is a heavy-duty beast of a mower, so there will be some adjustment and getting used to. BUT GREAT‼️

I wish I had purchased this equipment before. It is very useful powerful and easy to handle.

I rate the product top notch(5star), however, upon receiving and uncrating, I found the 2 bolts to install shift lever missing as well as 1 of the handle bolts. I have bins of misc nuts and bolts so not a huge problem and I had mower up and running in 20mins. Mower started up with 5 pulls as battery was not charged enough to crank motor long enough to prime fuel system. After 30mins of mowing, the battery charged and has started the 2 other times I've used mower. Adjustments and controls easy to use and it cuts beautifully. Have not used bag attachment (bought separately) , but it is easy to install and will get used soon. Quality is good, not a commercial type mower, but a very sturdy heavy duty unit for home owner or for smaller scale mowing company. Good width for small tight yards (under an acre) with decent manuverability.

So far so good. It cuts very nicely I’ve only used it three times. And I don’t have a problem mulching. It is a beast
