This toaster works exceptionally well. I like my toast darker without burning and this allows me to adjust to my particular preference. My wife likes hers lightly toasted and this toaster provides her the perfect result. I highly recommend this toaster!

It doesn't toast very evenly, and the controls don't seem to make much difference. Our 1st Cuisinart toaster, about 2018, was magnificent till it recently died of old age. This one is different. It does have a red front, though.

This has been really nice for a family of five to get our breakfast ready a little faster! The settings are pretty sensitive, there’s not a big difference between level one and level two. So I appreciate the sensitivity between the levels. It’s very easy to use, no assembly required.

Looks great!! Toasts perfectly and works well, some toaster’s do not toast the well.

The lightness/darkness settings do not work. It's either very light (up to setting 4) or burnt. I'm not happy with it. For the amount of money I spent on it, I expected much more. I should have kept my old toaster.

Nice metal toaster. Love the crumb drawers. It toasts really evenly. The color matches my appliances. Truly love this toaster.

Got a new toaster under warranty because it was only toasting in 3 slots on one side Got the new one and it is not any bettter Upon looking at the elements none are broke but a lot are straight not curved and are inside there holder and don’t glow like the curved ones I did not call them this time as I figure they all are made this way and after cutting the chord to show them I can’t use the one one and to be with out a toaster for 10 days it was better to go buy a different brand and forget about what it cost me

Replaced a Cuisinart Toaster, loved the quality. I’m happy with the function of this new toaster but very disappointed with the dials-they are extremely flimsy and definitely not the degree of quality I expected from Cuisinart. They just “float” on the surface of the toaster, don’t even feel attached.

Does not holds down easily, I have to push down few times before being hold. Bagels get stuck since it’s not wide enough

Disappointed in the quality of this toaster. Previous version of this toaster was well made and sturdy, this one is cheaply made and controls don't always work on first try. Thought Cuisinart was a solid brand but not so much after this latest purchase.

I bought this because I have a Cuisinart Coffee Maker and Food Processor. Both have been so reliable for me. I love the design of this. It is so classic. Looks great on my counter. I would have given it a 5 star rating but the highest setting doesn't toast my dense bread enough, and I have to put it through again. It works well otherwise.

Ordered the red metallic. It’s stunning with a retro vibe. The different functions perform well, particularly the bagel setting (we use that most often).

Bought this one because my old Cusinart toaster only toasted on one side. Unfortunately, the new one does the same thing. Very Disappointed.

Had the exact same model Cuisinair for 15 yrs. Replaced it with a new one. It never worked! The levers to start the toasting wouldn’t stay down. Returned it immediately and got a different brand.

Broken with in two months - handle on right side is defective

Bought this product because of past Cuisinart purchases. Slots are wide enough for bagels. Like the separate dials for both sides. So far it it is working great.

My wife is gluten intolerant and she marked her side. I’m not. This works well for our household.
