Tool is dangerous.- power switch does not function properly (the saw remains RUNNING even after I release the switch!). Don't know if this is a malfunction of the lock button, the speed control or what. All I can say I've never ever owned a power tool that remains running after turning off. The bevel lever functions poorly due to sloppy mechanism - the shoe easily swivels unless you are really careful. Now I've discovered cracks in the pot metal base of the unit itself, right above the shoe. Haven't used this tool very much, but YIKES! Disappointed.

This is a great saw. Zero complaints however because of some mold flashing that was left behind the trigger can get stuck and cause the saw to run when not expected. I was almost injured. Love this saw. Had I to buy again I would probably get the battery powered one but that has nothing to do with the quality...just convenience of use.

Just Amazing!!! Everyone needs at least one!! I’ve never liked jig saw before. It has a variable speed making it much easier to control. Overall functionality is great and I highly recommended it!

Best Jig Saw I have ever used. Would have given a 5-star rating, except for the fact there is no light; however, this saw is easy to handle and has a lot of power. Would definitely recommend this DeWalt product.

Hands down this is the best jigsaw I have ever used. Purchased the battery powered unit for work (330B) but since this is my own money I decided to go with the corded unit instead. This is the best jigsaw investment I have ever made – PERIOD! I am a journeyman plumber and gas fitter in my fifty’s and been around the trades all my life. You want tools that last and won’t let you down and perform flawlessly. This is the one for you! Also, take a look at the picture I took of ¾” Birch plywood (excellent wood by the way and purchased from the local Home Depot). I used this saw to trim the plywood for garage shelf's and this saw was fast, smooth and precise and the cut was perfect using a Bosch blade, number T308BO, called Xtra-clean, 12 TPI. Oh Yeah!

Overall an excellent tool. Well balanced and comfortable to use. Only baffling drawback is the lack of a light to illuminate the cutting area that many other branded tools offer at a lower price point. As long as your work area is well illuminated this is a fantastic tool but the lack of a light is the only reason I rated it at 4 stars vs 5.

Great tool easy to handle

Tight radius turning is a breeze, especially with the modern no-splinter blades.

Used this tool only a hanful of times over the past year and now it won't hold the blade.

Cuts smoothly and with good power

Dust blower is garbage. I bought this saw spe fiscally for the dust blower. No good.

Exactly what I was looking for. Works like I expected a DeWalt product to perform. Very happy!
