I placed my order back on the 3rd of April and I received the rolling toolbox broken as well as the replacement and I am still out of the toolbox as of April 24th. It’s cheap crap!! And the customer service is horrendous!! Never again will I buy a Dewalt Product..

I researched a dozen times for the best tool box and this is what I found. I like the design but the yellow water proof seal is not so good. The rubber is turning into dust as shown in pictures. For 129 dollars including tax it should be better material. I just picked up one hour ago and this how it’s designed

Item arrived broken. There is a large crack in the plastic and return/replacement process is a massive headache.

The latch was easily damaged to the point where I now have to return this. This happened during shipment. Was hoping for a more durable product, seems thin to me and cheap.

So This was broken when I opened the shipping box and the whole system isn't tight and secure it's loose and wobbly when fully set up. I'm disappointed I'm going to return and go with a different brand.

Fits well with the tough system 2. Stack mounts securely and is easy to mount and release. Flaw: When stacked on the rolling tool box the lid does not fully open. Otherwise the system improved my range bag into something more useful.

My wife says I have a toolbox problem. I agree - I don't have enough of them! Great boxes - sturdy, stackable, and way cheaper than Packout. I chose ToughSystem 2.0 because of the wall-mount brackets that are available. I've purchased brackets, but haven't set them up yet; consequently, the box I need is always on the bottom of the stack >:( One had a stiff hinge that broke - DeWalt mailed me a new one. Boxes are rather expensive, but I've always purchased them on sale. I will be buying more!

Title says it all. The wheel broke off this with ToughSystem case barely any use in less than 6 months. HD took it back for credit but very disappointing this was so poorly made. Was not overloaded or misused.

Purchased a set of these less than a week ago. Haven't even used them on a jobsite yet and the latches fall off when I open the box. Worst part is, I can't exchange it for a better box because it's a design flaw. The weather seals don't even line up either. Dewalt makes great power tools. That's it though.

Have a combination of Dewalt’s ToughSystem & TSTAK tool boxes that i carry in my truck. Both suit my needs perfectly, although the ToughSystem is much more “heavy duty”. Both are good systems. Recommend both.

Had product for 26 days(10-Sept-2022), been on job site for 4 days. Left side of hinge already showing ware and starting to break.

Wheel rolled off the axle on my first use. the boxes were barely loaded. Defeats the point of the whole system I bought and now I’m struggling to get Dewalt to fix anything.

I am a big fan of Dewalt products but these trays have left me very disappointed. The trays themselves are reasonably well built but the handles and tabs are flimsy and poorly designed. The second time I used the interlock function, the very small thin plastic lock piece that supports the locking function broke off. Now they can't interlock. Also, the tabs on the corners don't lock into position and 9/10 times catch on the edges of the toolbox making it very difficult to put tray back in.

Great, versatile, rugged, spacious unit for any tradesman with tons to carry from job to job. Buy some stackable trays in deep or shallow configurations and organize away to keep what you need, exactly where and when you need it. The self locking boxes are sweet feature. Wish they would interlock with other Dewalt cases like the procase & toughcase small part carriers, i don't see why not.

Great portable storage solution.

Bought this box a few weeks ago. I can say that I love it! As a plumber, I carry a good amount to tools with me to my jobs and I hate shifting through them trying to get to what I want. I’ve transferred all my main power tools from my bag to this box. The deep foam allowed me to organise and keep everything in place and the fact that I can lock it, it will keep the sneaky fingers away from my tools. I plan to get a few of the small boxes for the rest of my cordless tools. I can’t wait!

Great product! Love the durability, and the fact that you can buy foam inserts for it. Paid a lot of money for what I have tool wise, gotta pay for the right tool box to protect them.

Great! Helps be organized with all my Dewalt power tools. Bought the top and bottom at the store as well as a screw organizer. Love it!

Recently downsized home, garage and tool boxes. Had to come up with a way to store my tools and organize them so I could move them easily to the spot I was working on without the need for multiple trips to go back and get what I forgot. The solution I came up with was the Tough System 2.0: Mobile Toolbox, Small Tool Box and two 6-Compartment Small Parts Organizers. The system is a time saver. The latching system makes it easy to load up and go. Just recently added the foam inserts making it easier to clean up at end of day or project much easier. The small parts organizers hold the screws and hardware I typically use. Look for the periodic sales, especially close to holidays. I've had my boxes and trays for a few months and the foam inserts in the last few weeks.

I am an apprentice electrician. I bought this because I recently started building up my power tool collection. I keep my impact, drill motor, reciprocating saw and circular saw in it. It’s pretty solid. I like it. It’s made my last few jobs a lot easier.
