Perfect for what I needed

As far as in the safe, I see a slight on the side but why is there a circle at the end? Where do I wrap it? Where is the manual? Am I just supposed to know this?

Very good portable security box. Works as expected. This box can hold a small gun or some documents temporarily in case if you leave a car, for example, for short period of time. Description of the product states, that this box is TSA approved. Probably (I am not sure) it could be used to transport handguns over the plane.

Couldn’t remove key from the safe and it eventually broke off in the lock.

The Defiant Portable Safe is as good or better than any other portable safe I have owned. The box says "pick resistant" and "cut resistant". I have not tested that; nor do I plan to. This is a TSA approved safe for travelling with a firearm (checked in luggage, not in your personal carry on). Also good for locking a firearm in a vehicle using the included cable. Probably the most important aspect is the low price for such a good portable safe.

you are not going to get BANK VAULT security from this item. it is meant for CONVENIENCE purposes. this is not meant to keep REAL THIEVES from your property. it will slow them down a bit but not stop someone really intent on taking your property.
