I find this to be an excellent water faucet except for one tiny issue, the final water connection leading up to the faucet itself is not very secure and pops loose unless you glue it into place. That connection is enough for me to return the product, however, due to the pain in the but getting all under my sink to disconnect everything alone makes it not worth bringing back for a refund. What a conundrum. I purchased this product in the store by the way. Even though I got to look at it in person, the connections were not visible to me at all. Big drawback.

Great Faucet. Looks beautiful and easy to use.

Quite happy with this update to my old dingy kitchenette area. We didn't want to replace the faucet but the old one is about 20 years old and developed a leak that I couldn't fix anymore. We plan to redo this area soon anyway so might as well get a good faucet now, and it has not disappointed - people love the look of it, it's a fresh look without looking overly modern in a dated area. The three spray options are great, I actually like the shield-spray, less spray splatter all over the counters. Installation was quite simple and took maybe a half hour. It was more difficult removing the old one than installing the new one. Once installed it just has a solid feel to it, and the high neck height is great for filling large pots, as well as washing them once you're done cooking. Flow rate is also pretty good, I don't feel the need to replace the restrictor with a less restrictive piece like Iv'e done with other faucets in the house. All in all very happy and expect years of use from this faucet.

This Delta, Charmaine Stainless single handle kitchen faucet was a breeze to install, and it looks sleek, stylish and modern. The pull down sprayer is easy to use, it features 3 different modes. It has the sprayshield technology which is great for rising heavy food from plates without splashing all over the sink top, also has normal faucet mode and regular spray mode.In addition it includes the matching soap dispenser. A great buy and it looks great.

I purchased the Delta Charmaine and installed it in about 35 minutes. It's a beautiful faucet; the handle is strong and the flow is very good -however the spray feature is nothing like on the box. When you review it on the internet it is totally different because it has a third feature, a gentle spray feature which takes away from the regular spray. The spray is only on the left and right side of the the sprayer and not around the entire amount and does not have complete force. It honestly it looks like when Moses parted the Red Sea (lol), so this is very very misleading! Delta should have specified on the box how the spray feature looks and works because that's the main sprayer that I use. I would not recommend it because of this feature; other than that it seems to be a really nice faucet. but I will be returning it

Another great offering from the folks at Delta, this Charmaine high-arc model with the pull-down sprayer is a sleek transitional styling, a perfect complement to a variety of kitchen decors. As usual, the Delta instructions for installation were thorough and very easy to follow-- the entire install took around a half hour. I especially like the MagnaTite docking of the spray wand, which pulls the wand back into place perfectly-- no sagging, or fighting to get the sprayer fitted back into the faucet. Nice! The volume on this model is very substantial/powerful, and there are several stream settings chosen via the head buttons. The high arc swivels freely to either side of your sink area, and there's ample length of hose on the pull-down, so, regardless of kitchen task, access is never an issue. The brushed stainless steel finish is superb & easy to keep cleen, and since we have particularly hard water in our region, I really appreciate the Touch-Clean rubber spray holes. This model comes with the matching escutcheon, a matching soap dispenser, and Delta's lifetime limited warranty. I highly recommend the Charmaine!

Delta has really outdone themselves this time. The shieldspray technology is genius. I can't believe it has taken that many years to discover this. And the great part is you can use one of the three different modes to spray water. Regular stream, normal spray, and Shieldspray. I am sure the Shieldspray is not for everyone, so it is awesome that you still have normal spray. It is cool that it comes with a matching soap dispenser. I love using soap to wash my dishes. I also find that I use less soap with the dispenser than grabbing a bottle and squeezing it onto the sponge. Maybe Delta will revolutionize the soap dispenser next? I am looking forward to many more dirty dishes!

Thrilled with this Delta faucet! The magnetic docking is awesome! The color matches perfectly with the new hardware. And, the handle is user-friendly. Soap dispenser was a plus! Am attaching photo - unfortunately the back-splash isn't installed yet, but it still looks great!

This faucet was a typical install. Make sure before you commit to taking out your old faucet that you have all the proper fittings/valves/hoses. Unpack the new faucet to make sure the new connections will work together with the existing connections and that the hoses will be long enough. You don't want to get your old faucet disconnected only to find out that you won't be able to install your new faucet without an unplanned trip to the "Depot". ;o) This faucet only requires 1 hole, but it comes with a baseplate that will cover the 3 holes from your previous faucet if necessary. Also, it will need an additional hole for the soap dispenser. The base has a foam gasket and does not require silicone as long as your sink base is not warped or uneven. If you are installing this on a stainless sink, they recommend putting a piece of wood underneath the mounting area to add rigidity. This faucet has a unique fan shaped spray pattern that is very strong. It is almost too strong. It causes a fair amount of splashing. I will just need to adjust the amount of water pressure I use. Can't tell you the last time I had a faucet that was too powerful :o)

This is a great looking single-handle pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. The color of venetian bronze goes great with the backsplash and black kitchen sink. It is made of high quality materials, is very functional, and looks very stylish in the kitchen. It comes with adjustable length polly tubing water supply lines with fittings. They were the correct length for my installation but if they are too long they can be easily cut to a shorter length. This is a 1,2,3, or 4 hole installation, so a cover plate comes with the faucet but I did not use it since I had a one hole installation for the faucet. It also comes with a soap dispenser in the same venetian bronze that was easy to install. This is another great product from Delta.

I'm a real estate investor. I've lost count of the number of kitchen faucets I've installed. This Delta faucet is probably the easiest to install of any of them. It includes an escutcheon or deck plate to use if your sink is of the 3 or 4 hole variety. I'll be using the deck plate and I always apply a little silicone caulk under them to guard against water seeping under it. If you've ever installed a kitchen faucet you'll find no surprises with this one. If you've never installed one don't be shy, this one is easy. All you'll need is a Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. After connecting the hot and cold supply lines, but before connecting the faucet outlet, run some water into pail to clear the assembly of any foreign matter that may have been overlooked during assembly. The supply lines are nice and long, about 34 inches, so they should work with any installation. They can be looped if you don't need the extra length. The hose end snaps into the faucet outlet and is secured with an attachment clip. The soap dispenser drops into a spare hole and is held in place with one large plastic nut. Delta included a special tool to remove the aerator for cleaning. The switchable spray head is held securely to the goose neck with strong magnets. A 90 degree twist pops it into your hand. This unit is heavy and has the feel of an industrial faucet. The Venetian Bronze finish does a good job of hiding fingerprints and water stains. The limited warranty covers all parts, and the finish for the life of the original purchaser for home use and five years for commercial users and of course you can always find Delta parts locally.

Lines from the faucet to water valves not flexible enough, very difficult to twist around to correct angle. No leaks works fine and looks good.

The plumber reversed the hot a d cold connections. He will correct it and then it will be really good!

Got sent a returned product that was missing parts and I had to put it together with separate purchased parts from a plumbing supply house. Home Depot just doesn’t care about contractors anymore and it’s awful. But you won’t care bc you got my money already.

The water pressure through this was less because it makes accommodations for the special shield spray mode. I would rather have the water pressure

Nice looking, spray nozzle is not as high pressure as I would like.

Product was damaged. Return process was good during the online order at a local store. Customer service however did not offer to check if a replacement might be in stock at their store.

Handle came out in 10 months. Is it possible to re-attach it or buy new handle? I cant afford to replace entire faucet in 10 months!
