The internal parts have gone bad with less than two years of installation and less than 30 times of use, please see the photo. This toilet is in a guestroom toilet and is rarely used.

We purchased this toilet three weeks ago. Upon opening it the toilet seat cover was cracked. Considering the toilet was fine, we still installed it and reached out to Delta. Delta sent a replacement seat cover and it showed up as round. I called again and Delta informed us the elongated seat cover was discontinued in 2017 so they couldn’t send us a replacement! The only resolutions they provided was to return the entire toilet to Home Depot or go out a purchase a third party seat cover. Yikes

Really nice toilet. Easy install. Quality seems very nice. Our plumber that installed the toilet also said Delta is a good toilet brand.

Used the toilet for two weeks and the water disappears from the toilet bowl within 20 minutes after flush. Plumber cleaned the drain and made several adjustments to no use. Cannot return either since plumber bought it for me and I tossed the receipt and the box imso off to get another toilet and pay again for the toilet and installation. Thanks Delta and Home Depot for selling this piece of junk!

The toilet looks nice, but there something wrong with it. It dose not hold water. I installed it myself, after you flush it, the bowl will fill up, then after the water stop, then for about 30 seconds it drain slowly. I Thought I did something wrong. I called A plumber and he said it is not leaking and it the toilet. Be prepared to clean toilet about everyday.

After I installed this toilet, I noticed that the bowl was not holding water and was draining out completely over a two-minute window. I figured it might be a plumbing issue. I had a plumber check it out and confirm that the issue was with the toilet. Customer service wanted video evidence. I provided it, but since I had uninstalled it before filming, they would not accept it. They wanted me to reinstall defective toilet to film it again. I do not recommend.

I had a pro do the install. Just a day after the install I noticed a leak at the front of the base and called the plumber back. He pulled the toiled to inspect the seal and look for other imperfections. When it leaked again after reinstalling, he used red food coloring to find where the leak was coming from. The red food coloring outlined where the leak was. Gonna haul this one back to the store, hopefully I don't end up with another dud.

Installed 3 years back and now had to replace hardware because you can see on pictures what happened. I don't use any toilet tank cleaners or something else that could eat gaskets

The water level in the bowl is way too low. When you take a #2 some of it gets directly on the porcelain. I called delta customer service and all they wanted to do is argue with me saying the water level is normal because it’s a low flow toilet. But I own rental properties and own several brands of low flow toilets and all of them have adequate water in the bowl. Also, this Delta toilet’s seat is very uncomfortable. The design causes a skin pinch. Do not buy this toilet.

Low water level in bowl leaves solid waste exposed and stuck after flushing. Can't increase increase the water level due to the way the interior drain is designed. Basically you're pooping into a cup of water and there's no way to mitigate the smell until the toilet I cleaned. Embarrassing for guests and home owners alike. Would NOT buy again and you should not either.

Toilet is fine. Installation is simple. Manufacturers always find some idiotic way to make things unnecessarily difficult, and Delta decided to put a semi-permanent water-sense sticker right on the front of the tank. You aren't going to be able to peel it off in one piece. Had to scrape this stamp sized thing off in dozens of sticky little pieces that are going to get everywhere. No idea what the adhesive is but it's still there and alcohol or nail polish remover doesn't get rid of it.

I installed this toilet, using the Danco wax/rubber seal, 3 years ago. No problems until recently flapper leaking. Otherwise great value overall!

This toilet has been good as it has been installed for 3 months the only flaw with this toilet is the parts. They are cheap. Right after I installed it I noticed that the water line in the tank was to low, I tried to adjust it but it wouldn’t move. I had to buy a new fill valve witch I wasn’t expecting to do on a new toilet. Another complaint is the water level in the bowl being so low I bought a fill valve that you can control the water in the bowl “shown in picture”

This is a good-looking toilet, but with the included seat, it is at least an inch shorter than the toilet I was replacing. That was somewhat disappointing to my family. It has great finish and should be easy to physically clean. It does get the job done. However, it is not as powerful a flush as I had hoped, nor does the flush clean as well as the label suggests. I intended to purchase a toilet that was a hundred dollars more expensive, but I thought if this was a Delta product, it should be very good. It is only average. If I had it to do again, I would purchase an American Standard Cadet 3 or an upgraded Kohler, knowing what I now know about this mediocre toilet.

I am very happy with my toilet. My water bill is $15 less already. My old toilet I believe was from when the house was built in 1960. That was the hardest part of the switch as most people say. The bolts for the tank were rusted and took awhile to loosen. this new toilet was very easy to install. The tank is 1" away from the wall which I think is great. My old toilet was right up against it and it was black behind it from the condensation of the water in the summer time and I could not get behind it to clean it. This is much better for air flow. I had to be careful which model I got since I have a heat vent that is behind it and the base of it needed to be far enough away from the wall for that. I have added pics to show how that worked out in case this is your problem also. My vent sticks out 3" and the base of the toilet is 2.75" from the vent. so this model worked perfectly for me. It is quick to empty and to refill also. I have had this for about 2 months and have no complaints. I like the higher seat also. I would recommend this toilet.

I wish I would have read some of the reviews earlier, and can confirm I have the same problem as a lot of the reviewers with low water in the bowl. Basically have to scrub the toilet after each No.2. Very disappointing. I am going to have to replace the brand new toilet I just bought from Home Depot. Very little water in the bowl equals a mess. It’s either a flawed design or a defect, either way a fail.

Seems to be well made and with quality materials but has one major flaw....hardly any water in the bowl!! Installed the toilet and turned the water valve on and was shocked at how little water was actually in the bowl. I flushed several times thinking something must be wrong, but it's the way it is designed. The water level in the bowl is controlled by the level of the trap that is cast into the base, and it can not be changed. See the attached picture and judge for yourself. Look at others' photos and you'll see the same.

Lots of things to make installation trouble free and easy. #1. I always buy my own wax ring with a horn on it. It helps make it less likely to leak then just a plain cheaper wax ring. This one comes with a horn on the wax ring. Nice! #2. Comes with meaty stainless mounting bolts with rigid plastic discs to hold them in place when you set the toilet with nylon hand tighten nuts. #3. This is a big plus. you do not have to cut the mounting bolts off while on your knees with a hack saw. I always hate this last step. The caps are taller and snap on without cutting. Wow love it! #4. The tank is prepped and has the mounting bolts installed and tightened already. Just push on the rubber seal ring and install to bowl with hand tightened nuts. #5. Tank seats against the bowl mounts and is solid tight to the bowl. #6. Slow close seat included! #7. The seat mounts with non slip pads so it does not move after installation. This toilet uses an oversize regular flapper for a powerful flush with less water. Unfortunately I have become known as the toilet King in the family and have installed way too many for family lately. I have always gone to Kohler but this has changed my mind. It is now my go to toilet. Nice work Delta!

My wife and I are 5'4". This is the perfect height and bowl shape for us. Slow close lid, and each to clean unlike most 2-pc toilets. I agree with some of the reviews where it doesn't thoroughly clean the bowl with each flush, but we bought this with the Aquaus 360° Premium Hand-Held Bidet, so that wasn't an issue for us. The flush itself was powerful enough from my point of view.

My husband installed the delta toilet in about 1 hour,, we hand to replace our floor so we replaced the toilet in the process. It fit perfectly and the measurements was on point. It's a tall toilet that we love cause we are tall ppl 6'2 and 6'0. We love it . IT'S A GREAT PURCHASE. THANKS DELTA

Fast and easy assembly looks great!

I bought one of these for my new home and was pleased with it so got two more. The first was just what you would expect from a toilet, but the second two are annoying when flushed. They get a surge (belch) air from the stool when first flushed. You can see from the pictures which one is normal. I contacted Delta but no response. I bought ALL Delta faucets for the new home but should have gotten Kohler toilets.

Seems well made. Sooo easy to assemble. Thanks Delta employees for such a great product

It seems like the Delta Foundations line has been around for a long time and I can see why. Don’t mess with a good thing. I was pleasantly surprised to find stainless steel bolts and plastic wing nus to attach the tank and to attach the base to the flange. The bolts on my old toilet were so rusted I couldn’t even unscrew the tank and one of the flange bolts. The wax ring was of good quality unlike what you might get with a cheaper toilet. The flange bolts were thick and stood straight up without any issues when installing the base. The toilet has a good flush and slow close lid. I would recommend.

These are great toilets - we put two of these in our renovated house - one in our master bath and one in the guest bath. They flush quickly and powerfully and rarely clog, sit on the floor nice and evenly with no rocking. I really like the elongated rim - its much more comfortable to sit on and the height is comfortable too. I also really like the soft close seat - no more slamming and it is great with my small kids. They can't slam their hands or anything else when the lid shuts. These are also easy to clean inside and out. All around I am quite happy with this toilet and am glad that we chose these for our house.

This was a great buy at a good price. The flush is quiet and it’s chair height, which is nice. I would recommend.

Love the soft close seat and it flushes well! Looks great in our remodeled hall bathroom.
