I loved my Delta faucet very much. It has all the features that I wanted in a faucet. Love the pull down and the three different spray types, which makes my job and clean up easy for me. I would recommend this faucet . Easy to install and looks great.

Soap Dispenser
The faucet is fine, it's the soap dispenser that's the problem. I installed the faucet with no issues, but when I tried to install the soap dispenser, it would not tighten all the way. I contacted Delta and they sent me a replacement, but it was the old style that I was replacing, so they had to send me another one. That one was correct but it wouldn't tighten either. I compared my old one to the new one and noticed the new one was slightly smaller. I put a micrometer on it and it is 20,000 of an inch smaller. Doesn't seem like a lot but it makes a difference when you try to tighten it. Called Delta but they were not much help. They said they would look into it but I doubt it. Definitely a manufacturing issue. May have to go to a different brand.

I ended up returning this to get the matte black color instead and I’m in LOVE. It’s the perfect finishing touch to our kitchen remodel. I love all of the features about this faucet and am really glad I went with this one that has the soap dispenser included. I know some reviewers talk about the dispensers in other sets feeling cheap or that break quickly, but this one feels quality and it’s so easy to refill and use. There is nothing so far that I would change about this faucet. We did the single hole in our granite without the plate and it looks so slick. I highly recommend this faucet!

Terrible water pressure
I wish I read these reviews prior to installing! This faucet looks great and appeared to check all of the boxes. The water pressure is terrible. Initially, I thought it was my feed and/or sediment from my well (which happens occasionally), but upon cleaning, nothing changed. I logged on here to read reviews, and see many others are having the same issue. There must be some sort of intended restriction in the head. When I detach the hose from the head, pressure is great (which confirms it’s not my feed or supply lines), but reattach the head and the pressure slows significantly. Would like to hear from Delta if there’s another head/sprayer that can be swapped in.

great looks, first rate quality,touch20
Have had this faucet just over a week. Super easy to install including the touch20 conversionkit. Great quality everywhere, beautiful finish, great water pressure. Really love the touch20. Delta has the best touch faucets going right now and the led light that changes color by temperature seemed trival but is a great help . the 3 different spray setting are all great. and this faucet doesnt splay like many other pull down faucet.

The faucet is exactly what I wanted and the soap pump is plenty far enough over the sink to easily soap what I need without getting too close to the countertop. It holds more soap than I use in a month! Love it. It’s really spot free also.

I gave this faucet a 4 star because I don’t like the soap dispenser. Kinda takes 2 hands to get soap out of. I use one at times but feel as if it’s going to break. It also wasn’t able to be put any closer in on my granite countertop, so I feel it’s hard to get soap out of. But over all I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and it works and looks great in my new kitchen.

Just had installed today but it is everything I expected. Especially like the magnetized connection for spray head. So many can become droopy if you aren't able to adjust the weight. Not so with this one. Also has several option for spray. One main reason I selected unit was the push button selector for the spray option. You don't have to hold the button to keep the spray you want. Supply lines are more than ample. I live in condo so have tighter under sink area but will fit under most sinks with no problem.
Unit is light weight and very classy. Want modern look with convenience this is the faucet for you. I purchased the stainless steel one and is stunning with my SS sink.
