The tub faucet spout did not include the inner pieces....
The tub faucet spout did not include the inner pieces. The details on the box only listed the Valve included and never mentioned spout parts. Home Depot does not carry the Delta spout parts and had to buy a new tub spout.

Great quality!
Real metal the values included and the water pressure is good. My plumber had to add copper fittings on the opposite side of the wall, He said this one is very good “Delta Porter” will last longer than the last one was a Moen 10 years old It’s been repaired a many times. I’m tired of paying for leakie repairs. The only con is the color: I wanted stainless, But nickel was available so I Settled.

Ignorance is the reason for most bad reviews
This is a great product. For everyone complaining about missing a part, you're not. Basically, what you're saying is, you don't know what you are doing. Hire a plumber. Would order these all day long. Lifetime warranty to boot.

Poor quality all around
Looks good but that’s about it. No tub spout adapter, when spout is diverted to shower head tons of water still runs out spout so there is little water pressure out of the shower head, mounting for the valve is flimsy, and shower head is cheap plastic. Save yourself time, money, and hassle and go with another brand

The look is nice. The shower head is plastic. Pretty sure the tub spout is the only metal item. It was difficult getting it to all seal up, but it finally did. I'm not disappointed, price was good.

don't waste your time
everything is nice, except if you want to install it. I wish I had read reviews prior to buying in store, as the spout adaptor doesn't come with the unit. directions say to get one as it's universal. however, they don't sell them individually (found out after the 4th store). skip this, get the on le without the tub spout, and use the savings to buy an individual tub spout as they all come with it. Or buy a matching set, probably a different brand, that comes with all items needed for installation. For $160, it's pathetic.

It looks beautiful and high end, but it feels like its made of cheap material. The pressure from the shower head is terrible, in all the 3 settings. For the price you expect at least a good shower head. Do not recommend, unless you are willing to spend on a separate shower head.
