Part worked as needed.Tried to used non OEM cartridge and they didn't work (it leaked from under the cartridge).

Pick off the hex key cover, remove the handle, slip off the nut, pull out the old, slip in the new and put it back together. Longest part was cleaning and polishing everything as I reassembled it. Works perfectly, flow is restored and it was quick and easy. Just wish all my projects were this fast and easy.

This was a replacement cartridge for my kitchen sink. The old one would not shut off the water. After I replaced it I turned the new one on and it did the same thing. It would not shut off the water so I took it back for a refund.

This is my second time replacing the cartridge on this particular faucet. Truth is, we’re not that tough on them that we should need to be replacing them. That being said, it’s an easy fix, the product works great, and you can move on to your next crisis.

The most difficult part of this process was shutting the water off. Change out of the old faucet component and the new was simple. The dripping problem repaired in a matter of minutes.

I guess I shouldn't say worst customer service because it's nearly impossible to talk to customer service. I've called multiple times and the automated response is… There are 81 people ahead of you. I will never buy Delta again.
