The magnetic lock is good. The handle feels solid. The switch to reduce the spray does not cut it off completely, which may bother some people.

Easy to install. Improved our water pressure. 4 stars instead of 5 because I cannot get it to stop leaking. I tried twice with Teflon tape and no luck. If I tighten it anymore the plumbing will break.

I've had this for 9 months and it broke within the first. The "SureDock" system allows it to fall off at the slightest adjustment, scaring the crap out of myself and any of my house guests who I forget to warn about my idiotically designed shower head. I was able to kinda shove it all back together until recently, so there's some points to the actual showerhead. I was initially excited about this design as I thought it would be helpful for someone like myself with hand pain. I will be getting the same hand shower with a regular holder design. The showerhead itself is great.

This shower head has an adjustable setting for low and high pressure. The high pressure works great. The low pressure has some of the water come out correctly but a lot just drips down instead of coming outwards.

Dreadful attachment. Was worse than any conventional shower head attachment head.

Bad engineering. The removable shower head with handle is held to the bracket with a magnet. The water sprays to the back of the shower stall. When moving the shower head down into the correct position (so the water sprays downward), the handle hits the back of the shower stall and the shower head pops off the magnet and won't stay in place. The showerhead handle needs to be turned sideways so the magnet holds it, but it barley stays held in place in this position.The instructions nor the box give information about wall clearance or needing a shower arm extension. This is made for a very deep shower with enough wall clearance. An extension arm may also work. I returned and bought one with a different style bracket rather than a magnet style.

I really like that it has a button that blocks the water flow without turning the water off. The only thing I’m not crazy about is that the shower head has to be in a straight up and down position to get the magnet to attach! Other than that it is a great shower head!!!!

Super easy install. Like this much better than the stationary only shower head. Price was quite reasonable.
