Have tried every common and suggested method to remove the pins so can install. Grr, so frustrating they will not budge. And the black paint on the pin scrapes off when try to hit it with the end of a screwdriver. Not happy right now! Waited for these for over a week now cant even get past the first step. Will be hassling with returning them

It’s been over 4 weeks and haven’t received . There’s been absolutely no communication as to when I will receive. Probably won’t purchase anything else from Home Depot

It's a good hinge, but it had an unanticipated drawback (for me). The hinge looked exactly the same as the ones I took off, but there was a small difference in how the new hinge "flattened out" as the door closed, which caused me to have to chisel out the door frame on 6 out of 10 hinges.

Product was as advertised, priced good but did take awhile to get delivered...

They look great, however, being that they are a heavier gauge and used for entry doors, the screws that come with them should have been longer. Had to go out and buy new screws. Once they’re attached I suppose we’ll paint the heads black.

They are fine but not as good quality at the hinges they replaced. Also, the hinge screws were too short for a heavy door & a hinge pulled out. We needed to buy longer screws.
