[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just wow...I never knew how much I would enjoy using a steam mop. But this has simply taken my breath away. It works so simple but so amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for a TRUE AND HONEST review. And let me tell you, I lucked out. I have a previous steam mop from another company that I liked a lot. But this one is better. First: it is so easy to put together. From the time I took everything out of the box until I had it fully heated up and ready to go was less than 5 minutes. Snap four parts together, add the cleaning solution OR distilled water, plug it in, turn it on, and you're good to go. Second: it has three heat levels which allow you to cater your cleaning to your needs AND your floor. I focused on my kitchen, the hallway, and the guest bathroom. I figured those were the highest-traffic areas, and would need the most help. I did the highest level for the kitchen (which had some weird stickiness), the medium level for regular cleaning in the guest bath, and the lowest level on the hardwood floors in my hallway. All three levels did exactly what they were supposed to do, and with very little effort on my part. Third: it's so light! I'm not in great shape and was worried about the effort it would take as some steam mops can almost stick a little? Like they get too hot and so they become "thick" to push. I don't know how else to explain it. But this one was easy to use, and didn't wear me out at all! Fourth: Because of the extra pad that's included, if you hit a gross spot, you can remove it, toss it in the wash, and still keep cleaning with the other pad. You can see from the image how gross it gets lol. Other notes: it's so flexible. The head rotates so easily that you can get into nooks and crannies without having to worry. It also has a really small profile, so when I was done, i popped it back into vertical position, removed the pad, and stored it in my hall closet. it takes up almost no room. The steam water (spring meadow) smelled GREAT. My kitchen smelled great while cleaning, which is not normal. The only "negative" I can think of is that the instructions for how to remove the pad was to step on the edge and lift the mop to separate it. But the velcro was so strong I had to wait for it to cool down, then remove it by hand. If you're on the fence but need a quick, easy way to keep your floors clean and sanitary, you can't go wrong here.

The instructions aren't the best to describe how long it takes to warm up or the noises it makes. After messing with it the first time I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't steam. I gave it about a week and tried it again. I used the steam water in it and it worked good. It did shut off on me once, but after turning it back on, it worked beautifully. I tested it in a old spill that was dried up. I used it on stick down tiles, porcelain tile, and vinyl plank flooring. It worked great and dried quickly. There wasn't any residue left behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats and a dog so my floors get pretty gross, especially after the dog goes outside to do his business and comes back in with muddy paws. I used this on my kitchen tile because we use the back door the most. It cleaned the floor so well. The fragrance was pleasant and not overwhelming. I have a very sensitive nose and couldn't handle anything that was too strong. The cord is nice and long so you don't have to worry about having to move to another outlet. It's easy to use, easy to put together and overall a wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: I got this steam mop for free from Dirt Devil in exchange for this honest review. After using this steam mop several times, I can say that I honestly think it's great! It comes with two removable, reusable, washable pads. I have used and washed one already and it cleans up beautifully. The three steam levels are adequate to clean however you see fit for your floors. It's quiet, lightweight and very easy (and fun!) to use. If you have wood floors you want to protect, I highly recommend this Dirt Devil steam mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was extremely easy to put it together, right out of the box. I have luxury vinyl plank flooring and 2 VERY messy boys. The steam setting that worked best for dried up messes (yogurt & a stepped on strawberry) was the highest setting. I let it steam for about 3-5 seconds and in 3 quick passes it was gone! When not trying to clean up hard messes, the second setting worked great. It is very easy to fill up the steam tank, especially with the funnel that comes in the box. Tip: make sure the water tank clicks into place for it to work! You'll know when it's working because you can actually see all the steam. Once I ran out of the Steam Water solution, I used distilled water and it also worked great. The cleaning pads are super easy to remove and just toss in the washer.They clean up pretty well and very easily reattach to the mop. I've tried other steam mops and this one is top 2, especially because of its light weight and compact design. I do wish the cord was longer but the shorter cord works out when you whip it out to quickly clean a mess. Great product for those looking for something that works great and isn't as expensive as other mops.

It came packaged well and was very easy to put together. I have a similar mop from a different company. I find the Dirt Devil easier to use. I didn't have to put much effort in moving it across the floor. Also, this mop head will rotate so you can get into tight areas. I have dogs so I love only having to use water to clean with it! It did a great job cleaning the grout on my tile floors! I recommend this for those with small children and/or pets.

My three cons are: the instructions are not clear on how much water/solution to use, how much water/solution should be used per area size, and the mop itself it's heavy. So, if an older and/or disabled person were to use this, it won't be practical or effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved the steam mop. It comes with a trial size of solution and mop pads. I love that the pads are reusable. Just stick them in the wash on warm and they come clean! The steam mop itself is super fast to heat up and does a wonderful job on floors. We have tile and hardwood and this did amazingly. I also appreciated the long cord on it. The only thing I wish is that it had a slightly bigger tank, for a larger space or dirtier project. Overall though not a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. The size is great and it definitely gets the job done.

I own a different steam mop and although I love the power of steam, I miss having scent while cleaning. With this steam mop, I can now get the kind of clean I love! The scented water sample that comes with the mop has a light, fresh scent and it makes my space feel so much more....clean! The mop itself was incredibly easy to put together. No tools required! After filling the little clear canister with the steam water and the included funnel, I turned the mop on and in under a minute steam had built up and I was mopping my floor. There are 3 steam settings and the default is the highest amount of steam, which is what my floors called for. I was able to do my laundry room and kitchen in one session. The mop is not hard to maneuver and it got into all my corners with ease. The cord is nice and long so I did not have to unplug the mop while cleaning. The fresh scent left behind is perfect. Not too strong and no chemical smell at all because it's water! I am very happy with this mop. I have already ordered more steam water, even though I only used half of the included sample so far. I have officially replaced my other plain steam mop with this Dirt Devil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This lightweight steam mop does some major cleaning. I have 2 dogs, 1 large and 1 small and they trek in all kinds of dirt onto my tile flooring. This did a great job in removing stuck on and everyday dirt. It was very easy to understand the instructions, which you don't really need except maybe for reference, because it's so easy to put it together. It comes with a small bottle of Dirt Devul steam water and was very easy to put into the steam mop with the included funnel. Once the steam water has been added, the steam mop is ready to go within a couple minutes. I used the high setting because of my dogs, but there is a low and medium setting for not so hard to clean areas. When you first start to clean, it gives a little pull but once the steam water makes it to the included cleaning pads, it was very easy to clean. The steam water has a pleasant scent that you can smell as you clean. The cleaning pads attach with velcro and when I was done cleaning, they were very easy to remove. The floors dry extremely fast, leaving behind a nice shine. I was really surprised when I removed the pads to see just how much dirt was on my floor. The pad is machine washable and all of the dirt came out of it. I laid it out flat to dry. Overall, I love this thing. It has given me so much more time in my day that would have otherwise been spent mopping with a conventional mop and bucket. I would highly recommend this and would also purchase this as a gift for others because of it's effortless cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love using the Dirt Devil Steam Mop. It is so easy to use! It even came with a small bottle of steam water which was great! I would normally have just used bottled water to clean, but the steam water added an extra clean smell bonus! I will definitely be investing in more of the steam water to use in the steam mop. It heats up quickly so there is no waiting around to get your cleaning done. I used the Dirt Devil Steam Mop on my ceramic tiled floors on the high setting and dropped it to a lower setting to even use on my hardwood floors. My house really does feel and smell cleaner after using this. It is definitely something I will be including into my weekly cleaning. Being so easy to use I don't have to wait for the monthly deep cleaning to get it out. It is also fairly compact so it stores very easily in my broom closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try the Dirt Devil steam mop. I love this steam mop, it is light weight. I am able to clean the walls and floors with the Dirt Devil steam mop. I have a bad shoulder and was able to clean the top of the refrigerator, and the wall above the stove easily without scrubbing. My shoulder didn't give me any pain or discomfort. I also like that it has a filter that can be changed if you have hard water. I like that the steam is adjustable, and comes out quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took on two houses to see how the Dirt Devil Steam Mop worked on different flooring. The first house was tiled. It left the floor streak free which never happens with cleaning it . And glided across it with ease . Only thing I would do differently is get a different mop pad that could get deeper into the grout to clean . The second house had older linoleum and had dirt that was really stuck on. After just a couple passes it was left looking almost new . Both houses the dry time was pretty quick. I also used both the steam water that came with the product and just the water. I noticed both work efficiently to clean . However I prefer the light floral scent of the Dirt Devil Steam Water. I don't think I would've purchased this item on my own but now that I've had the chance to use it and see how well it cleans it's became and item I never knew I needed. I've already recommended the steam mop to friends and family and will gladly keep mopping .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Y'all. I am a slob. Maybe y'all are influencers with immaculate homes, but that ain't me, so imma be real with you. I go forever long without cleaning my kitchen floor and I have a puppy and a kid. It's shameful. So when I actually get my lazy butt moving to do it, I have to get on my hands and knees to scrub the petrified fruit snacks and dog slobber off the floor. Enter: this steam mop. When I was offered this in exchange for an honest review, I was like "yeah, ok, but it will never stand up to the level of gross that my floors get to." Dude. I was wrong. There was some nasty combination of Cheetos and soda and maybe a fruit loop? that I feared would come to life stuck to my floor near the trash can for like....forever. When I went over it with this steam mop, it literally disappeared after one pass. ONE. PASS. Then I ran it over the rest of my floors and I was just like "omg I can't stop." It became so addictive how clean this made my floors that I literally did my entire house bc I was in shock. This precious angel of a cleaning tool saved me an hour or more of scrubbing and I was able to tell my husband I was cleaning so he'd take the kid out and had an entire precious hour to myself to watch soap operas and eat bon-bons (ok, so I actually took a nap but you get the idea). Set up was so simple; didn't even need to dive into the manual. Clean up and storage after was simple and it's not huge and heavy and bulky taking up precious room in the closet I have to shove all my junk into when we have company. And here is the most important point of this review....are you listening? Because I'm about to blow your mind. IT CLEANS UP AGAINST THE WALLS. Like, you can push this baby up to the wall and it actually cleans there so you don't have to get down and scrub the dirt line against the floor boards. Which this is the first cleaning tool I've ever owned that does that (peep the before and after photo of how it obliterated the gunk line against my fridge). So yeah, just do it. This is one purchase I'm 10000% you won't regret. If loving this is wrong, I don't wanna be right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this steam mop. It was very easy to assemble and even came with a sample of scented cleaning water. I assumed that my newly remodeled, and recently cleaned master bathroom wouldn't be too grimy, but the steam mop proved me wrong. It got so much up, the pad was disgusting after use. I like how light and low profile it is. It also stands on its own, which is a huge plus. It was simple and quick to use. I also love that the pads are machine washable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dirt Devil Steam Mop is light weight. It was easy to assembled. The directions for actually using the mop was simple. I would recommend as it cleans superbly and I do not see a residue left over on the floor. The reusable cloth with an extra is an excellent plus. Since I have pets, its a sure way to make sure areas are extremely sanitize. It is appropriate not just for tiles but laminates.

The mop can be used on hard surfaces to get rid of hair, dust, dirt and much more, all with only heat and water for a effortless deep cleaning.The mop has three steam settings that you can choose from, along with a mop pad that can easily be taken off from the bottom of the mop to be washed. When cleaning, the mop can reach under areas that are usually hard to get to. This steam mop is great for everybody, including pet owners and anyone who's tired of their floors always being dirty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a regular mop with disposable pads, another big brand, and my floor has not been as clean as it is now in years. There have been things I have scrubbed at on my hands and knees that came up with ease once I used this steam mop. I will never go back to a regular mop again!!

I bought this hoping it would revive the old linoleum floors we're eventually going t replace and it blew me away with how well it worked! On the first try, it steamed away sots that other mops couldn't clean and heated up super fast! Very pleased!

Easy to use and works great!

The mop is harder to push than I thought it would be, and it doesn't clean as well as I'd hoped. It doesn't hold much water before you have to add more. I've only used it once. I'm going to try spritzing the floor with water next time I use it. Hopefully that will make it easier to push and clean better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my previous steam mop gave out on me, I'd been looking for a replacement. When I first attempted to use it, it made some loud noises while heating up and then I didn't get any steam. I turned it off a couple of times, and eventually unplugged it and let it set. I was set to call the help desk when I plugged it back in, and it heated up perfectly and has been working fine.
