Poor service
I got it put together and I had to tighten some of the bolts. It had rust on it already and the stickers were melted to the grill. The instruction manual looked like it was washed in the dishwasher. The store worker said here just take this one from the floor and left. You would think they would have given some money off for the condition it was in. I asked for a better one but the ones outside were in worse condition. The customer service needs some work at the Cranberry/ Seneca location.

    Horrible condition/si dirty!!!!
    I cannot believe that a store like Home Depot would deliver a brand new grill to someones home that is this dirty AND has a nice size scratch on the front i have more photos but cannot figure out how to attach them the dust was horrible and it had water marks on it

      Don't buy this grill unless you have an hour to peel stickers and glue off of it. You have to wonder what genius thought it was a good idea to put these types of stickers on a brand new grill

        Wish I Could Give This Zero Stars
        Not even 5 years after purchasing this grill, (The grill was kept in a screened in enclosure and WITH a cover!) the drip pan and burner covers have completely fallen apart. Even though it was under “warranty”- customer service wants to charge for replacement parts. What a joke! Terrible quality materials, terrible service, terrible product. Be warned and stay away!

          Piece of Trash and Warranty is a Joke!
          Bought this grill thinking it was a good value, and, hey, what could go wrong with a 5-year warranty? Not even 5 years later the drip pan and burner covers have corroded and fallen apart. The grill has been kept in a screened in porch here in Florida and was ALSO covered with a grill cover. Contacted customer service and they DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY. Basically was told I will have to purchase any replacement parts at cost. Spend a little more, and go with a different brand!

              Cheaply made
              After looking around my husband, and I decided that this was probably the best grill for our family in a small amount of time. We regret our decision as this grill is very cheaply made every time it rains really bad it blows over we end up having to pick it up and finally, we decided to hold it down with bricks. You can literally shake it and you can see the metal wavering. it does heat up but like I said it is very very cheaply made. We’ve had it less than two years.

                Rust, falling apart
                The side is rusted and the grease tray fell off. Bought this in July of 2023 and would not recommend anyone to buy one of these. I have been trying for months to get the tray replaced as that fell off in November. I should have stayed with my Weber, had that for 20 years, sad the quality of today’s products.

                  Do not buy
                  Pros: Lights easily. Good heat Cons: Rusted out in less than 6 months, covered by patio. Customer service refused to allow the return. I even bought the extended warranty. Not in effect. Nobody would help. Home Depot said to go to the manufacturer. Manufacturer said too bad. Rust is not covered. I guess if you want a good grill for 6 months, it is worth it. Spend the extra money on a better grill. HD wound up finally taking the return, to their credit.

                    Doesn't Last!
                    Bought new from Home Depot store in Summer 2023. 8 month in and there is noticeable rust on this grill. Very disappointing as the grill is cleaned and covered after every use.

                      When you buy a new grill, you expect a new grill
                      I don't know whose idea it was to put this beat-up, rusted, and damaged grill on a truck and send it to me, but that's what they did. I will be returning it immediately and will make sure whichever one I get isn't one of the preassembled floor models. This thing is garbage. The person doing the delivery did a fine job but he is a gig-worker who is working for tips that Home Depot used instead of an actual employee entitled to a real wage.

                        Horrible Delivery Experience!
                        We ordered this grill to be delivered to my new home. We did not pay for assembly and expected a NEW, boxed item. What they dropped off was a rusted, dented, weathered old grill! Not what we paid $399 for!

                            Grease Tray
                            The grease tray fell off due to being cheaply built product, I should have stayed with Weber as this didn’t even last 8 months. Sad how cheat the quality is!!!!

                              Rusted bottom after 1 year of use
                              Had this grill for one year and the bottom is completely rusted out as well as severe rusting on the top lid. Grill was covered when not in use. Many cheaper grills last far longer completely exposed to weather with no issues.

                                Overall Decent Grill
                                All the parts were there, which is the first plus. Overall fast assembly. No issues. Wanted a Weber but this was half the price and sits in my garage when not in use. Paint peeling on two of the parts already, but for 300 bucks it will cook the food. I love the idea of the SEAR ZONE, can't wait to try that out.

                                    brand new in box with dents!
                                    I am extremely disappointed with this purchase! I wanted a new grill. We looked at all store displays and picked this one. Was going to purchase the store display because it was already together, the husband requested. I looked the grill over, just like the rest noticed damage to grill. The grills outside were already rusting. For the cost of almost $500 with grill cover, I requested one in a box. We just opened the box to assemble, and this grill has a large dent in the lid! When I purchase something, especially at this price, I expect brand new without damages! Now, I don't have the time to return or trust this store, not giving me another damaged grill! Someone needs to address this issue and come up with a solution for this grills dented lid!

                                      We have had this grill about two years. I went out to use it and the entire bottom pan had rusted out and was in a million pieces on my deck. Very disappointed.

                                        Bait and Switch from Home Depot!!!
                                        Poor due to Home Depot!!! Deception! Ordered a NEW grill, and requested assembly, The grill was a previously assembled grill that had been out in the weather for enough time that it had rust developing in the storage box, and water spots / stains all over it and NO DISCOUNT for display model! The temp gauge had large droplets of water in it, not just a light moisture. I'm sure this unit was assembled before summer, and had been a display model out in front of the store. Bait and Switch!!!

                                            We purchased this Dyna-Glo less than 2 years ago and it totally rusted away. The first time we used it the top cover popped from the heat. The price was great but that's about it. See photos inside and out.

                                              Not worth the money!
                                              I'll add to all the other reviews about the idiotic stickers on the cover that you can't remove. Also, within 5 months the cover started to rust. At 9 months I had to replace the regulator assembly because the regulator failed. You're better off spending more and buying quality. This grill isn't

                                                Received a rusted corroded grill
                                                Buying was easy enough. I really should have looked better or HD should not have these for sale as the unit I was given is corroded on the top and the paint is falling off. I really don't want to hassle with taking it back so this will likely end up being used for one season until it rusts more then I'll get something other than Dynaglo and not from HD. Pretty disappointed to say the least with my $350 purchase.

                                                  grease pan
                                                  After only 9 months this grease pan rusted out. Grill has always been kept under roof and with a grill cover. I called Dyna-Glo and they said the pan is out of warranty. They offered no help. Even their website does not offer replacement grease pan. After only 9 months! The burners are rusting out too. If you buy Dyna-Glo, you're asking for trouble. Only 9 months !!!!!!!!

                                                    Pretty good for the price! I like it!
                                                    Got this a few days ago. I have to admit it is a good grill for the price ($300 for a 5 burner) But as other have said, installation instructions are definitely in need of an update. Personally I would recommend to buy 6 flat washers when you install the side shelves as the screws for me were smaller than the wholes. But it warms up quickly, it is easy to use and time will tell how long it lasts. I agree that it is not a heavy duty unit but I hope that with proper care it will last a number of years. I would have loved to have an enclosed storage under with doors as there is space there that cannot be used for anything else. I do like the fact that the grease tray can be taken out from the back and cleaned so that is a plus for me. The grates are killing me as brushing them is a little harder than I am used to, especially that they are not stainless steel and plus they don't run from front to back and they have connections in between. i just did some burgers on it and the grease dripped on the heat tents and it even went on fire but I was able to monitor it. It did his job well today. I will update this review in the next few weeks when I use it more.

                                                      Nice basic grill. Enjoy the searer. Bought because it has a smoker box. I couldnt get the smoker box to produce smoke with it installed between burners. I removed the flame tent feom the left burner, positioned the smoker box directly over the flame and it produced copious amounts of smoke!

                                                        Bought this grill for my boyfriend for his birthday and he absolutely fell in love with it!! It has so many special features, and cooks everything so perfectly!! Love this grill we use it multiple times a week! Definitely worth the money!
