Love the look of these gates, installed well, but unfortunately the top finishing rail is too short. I ended up ordering 5 gates and only need 3 in hopes to find enough to pieces that fit but only 1/5 worked. The rest are all too small. Now they are out of stock and honestly not sure if they’ll ever be right.

This handrail is a great addition to our beautiful deck.

I got this gate for our front porch to keep our little puppy from "escaping". I'm very pleased with how sturdy it is and how well it compliments the rest of the house. The gate itself definitely makes the front porch feel more like it's own little "room". I definitely plan to buy another one in the future for the back patio.

Gate was as advertised. Good quality and sturdy. It was a little large for my opening so I modified the rough opening and it works fine. I would recommend and buy again if needed.

The material of the gate is good being made of aluminum but the overall construction is poor. Two of the spindles were too long and I had to disassemble the gate and cut them down so the top cap would sit properly. The top cap was cut too short at the manufactory. Its an okay product for the price. I will not use this one in the future.

We liked the gate … the only problem is it was a little crooked - my husband had to flatten it.

Excellent Rail and gate

We mounted this gate at the top of our deck stairs to prevent a toddler from going down the stairs. The gate is well made and contains everything necessary to install. The packaging was well done preventing scratches. I purchased the gate independently of the deck rail system. I installed it on a Trek's deck system. The gate is designed to mount on a smooth square steel tubing post. The Trex post is plastic with a wood insert and large rounded corners. I must purchase new hinges to get more clearance on the inside swing. In my case, the gate inside clearance came is 1/8" to tight preventing me from installing one of the decorative end covers. This is not the fault of the product and easily remedied by changing out the hinges.

I like the gate, but here's the problem. The height is only 39.5 inches . The other 2.5 inches come when you install the gate 2.5 inches from the ground. To me, this is lying. People who lie do not get a 5 star. Another person complained about the cap on the top rail not fully seating. That's because, the rail is cut 3/16 of an inch too short. Another reason for the 4 star. Plus the gate comes with no instructures, none. You must go on online to get them, and even then they are not all that complete. This company needs to learn to do the little thing right, for the main product is good.

Looks good, nice metal, easy to put together and fits the deck.

For the price it’s fairly well built. Only nag is that the painting on the gate latch was super sloppy with spots not even painted and the caps for the top rails don’t really fully seal.

Purchased this as a pet gate for a wood deck. Had to purchase wood screws separately, but beyond that the install was straightforward and we're pleased with the end result.

The gate was not 36 x 42" and was unusable and I will be returning it, it is hard for me to understand how it could be advertised to be 36" x 42" but actually be 36 x 39 inches

Gate worked great. Matched our trex deck and very easy to install.

Gate was warped but semi easy to straighten. Nice quality, maybe priced a little high.

Good quality gate. We added this gate to our deck. It was easy to install and matches our existing railing fairly close. Looks great.

Outstanding gate! It works beautifully with our new Trex railing that separates our deck from the pool area. Looks great and works smoothly. solid yet light weight construction. No sags. The only thing we needed to purchase were self closing hinges as the ones provided were not self closing. Highly recommend this!
