Looks good and wide enough to work on water meter or any other piping enclosed in it.

Reasonably priced. Arrived faster than expected.

Not well packaged. Poorly built. Door was welded off in the frame. Doesn’t open and close without tweeting the frame. I definitely expected better. Should have made my own.

Says 22x30...........Mine was 22.5 by 30.5......... Sloppy quality control.....how simple can it be to make according to spec? Apparently not

They are so cheap. One of them was so bent I couldn't open it. Also were .5" too big for opening.

Panel is built very strong. Can support the weight of a person walking on it. Was a little banged up from shipping though.

The fit and finish is excellent, looks very nice but doesn’t stick out either.

This product was easy to install operate. It provides a very clean appearance to the ceiling that I installed it in and is a tremendous improvement to accessing my attic. The product is durable, well built and functions great.

Bigger than 30x22 :( had to return )

Installed for attic access as part major remodel. Nice product, easy to install, substantial construction, pre-primed for paint to match finish. Be careful to keep square and you will be happy with ease of operation. Definitely meet expectations. Only improvement might be a deeper nailing fin.
