Fantastic Generator and reasonably priced!
This generator is incredible. I have mine set up to run on my home’s Natural Gas…never need to worry about running out of fuel. Plus Natural Gas burns so much cleaner…won’t gum up your engine and gas doesn’t go stale. I hooked it up through my home electrical panel using a Reliance Controls 50 amp Transfer Switch, and it works beautifully. I can run my 10 most important circuits like my furnace, sump pump, fridges, hot water tank, internet, etc. I placed the generator inside a small outdoor garden shed and used an exhaust extension, and 12” ventilation fan…keeps the generator out of the elements, and runs quieter. It’s a great setup, and doesn’t crap out with clogged air-intakes like those expensive Generacs that all quit during a strong wind blizzard. We just went through the intense blizzard before Christmas down here in Fort Erie, and this generator was a life saver.

    Love it...Love it...and Love it.
I did a 4 hour test yesterday with my Generator hooked up to a Generlink on my home. This unit performed flawlessly. I turned on all the lights, and ran all the appliances including the furnace at the same time except for the oven and the dryer. As you can see I also built an insulated housing for it to keep it whisper quiet because this bad boy is LOUD. I was going to run PVC tubing from my Generlink to the meter to house/hide the power cable but then decided to just leave the cable stretched out on my garage wall. (Good luck uncoiling a cold cable in February)

Not quite weather proof, beware of fire hazard
We own a dual fuel and a tri fuel Firman, both 10k/8k watts.....they made a slight change on the tri fuel, a clear rubber covering on the 110 breaker which our dual fuel doesn't have, I had never used the 110 outlets only the 50 amp plug but the 110 breaker actually shorted within 30 hrs usage, my opinion water penetrated the switch although it's more water proof then the dual fuel one. Firman is sending a new breaker, wires are slightly blackened, but the tech claims by phone they are suitable to reuse, I question that. The call is recorded if the unit catches fire after fixing when the parts arrive. I like the units but like everything now, quality is questionable

          One concern (on day one)
Set up the generator today, but the plastic oil filler cap immediately became cross-threaded and I couldn't get it screwed back in - VERY frustrating.

Great whole home natural gas generator
Great generator. We bought it to pair with a generlink transfer switch to power our home in power outages. We run it on natural gas and it runs our whole home with ease, 3 fridges, 2 deep freezes and all other appliances and lights and electronics in the home. Havent tried with our central air yet but hoping it to will run it, but probably on gasoline as the output is higher on gasoline. Generator starts easy, we start it on gasoline, let it warm up for a minute then flip it over to natural gas and it runs flawless. Had it tied in to our natural gas bbq line. Only complaint is it comes with a propane hose hook up but doesnt include the natural gas hose and quick connects. Would recommend to anyone looking to power their home in outages and have natural gas, no need to keep gasoline on hand and its cheap to run on natural gas, around $7/day in saskatchewan, much cheaper then gasoline.

            Powerful Generator
I really appreciate my new Firman generator. It works excellent and fits my needs when power goes out during a storm. It runs all the lighting, the deep well water pump hot water and the stove. So far I've only used it on gasoline, but will be getting a large propane tank for the convenience of not having to refuel. Works great and recommend it too everyone.

            Good generator
Start up was easy. Although the hose rack that was supposed to be included was missing. Didnt call, dont really care. Plan on using only on propane and natural gas. Dont need the carb issues from stale gas. Louder than i hoped but making a sound barrier. Already used it for welding and worked flawlessly.

Does not run on propane below 0
Bought it to run on propane mainly, but it does not run on propane below 0 degree. The electric starter fails to work sometimes, so it did at -22 degree the other day, tried to pull start it and had the handle in my hand after the first pull... disappointing! Runs ok ones you get it going.

Using NG, it only produces about 3kW. Pretty sad about my purchase.

Excellent buy for this powerful generator.
Excellent buy. Reasonably priced. Easy commissioning with clear instructions. I set it up for propane and attached it to the transfer switch on my house. Absolutely easy. The unit is pretty heavy and a bit loud, but very powerful running the essentials in my house for refrigeration, cooking, heating, cooling, charging and lighting all at once. Fuel consumption is about 16 hours to a 20lb propane tank.

                Tri fuel Gas 10000/8000W LPG
I purchased this generator for emergency power outages...I want one that could run on natural gas. From starting this generator the only issue i have is that the choke is not automatic. You have to put the choke on then it will fire then shut the choke off and start again and it will run. The generator is fairly noisy so be prepared and this is common with this style generator. From the limited number of times this generator has been started (only for test purposes) it seems to be ok.

Really nice gen used for house backup
Generator is nice. Provides good power. Use it with a generator panel it works good. A tank of gas runs 10-12 hours. Haven’t tried the other fuels but it comes with attachments for them. Provides power to most of the house effortlessly. It’s loud but no louder than a standard gen.

Appears to be a great generator
I got this generator and hooked it up to NG. I intend to use it strictly on NG. I had a difficult time getting it started, but once I did, it ran great. I haven’t used it under load yet. It’s a large unit and fairly heavy, but it moves ok with the large wheels.

                Satisfied.
Good machine, and was relatively easy to set up the first time and test it out. Note, though, that it's very heavy so you definitely need two people to get it into your truck/van/etc. Once set up with the wheels it's relatively easy to move around. Oil change is simple, but the sealing knob is quite difficult to put on properly; the threads are very difficult to align when trying to screw it on. Have only tried it with propane so far, and it works well.
