It comes rolled up like a poster board for shipping purposes. However, it took the foam a day or two for it to inflate back out to 4 inches. One side never quite got to 4 inches. This matters when you’re making RV beds or couch cushions. It’s still a nice comfortable foam and the price is good. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought this to replace my couch cushions, thinking 4 inch depth would be enough. There is absolutely no hold to this, you immediately sink down to whatever surface it's on. I'm very disappointed. I had this cut to fit so I can't return it. This foam is probably best for maybe a patio chair cushion or something that won't be sat on for longer than an hour. Take a look at the picture where I'm holding it using barely any pressure.

The foam came shrink wrapped. The foam replaced sofa cushions and was easy to cut, good quality, and inexpensive. I am sure the foam will hold up for a long time.

The foam pad wasn't packed well. It was shrink-wrapped & nothing else to protect it. There was a rip/hole in the plastic wrap. Dirt got in and soiled the foam & made a small hole in the foam. Also, the clear wrapping exposed the foam to bright sun which caused uneven discoloration. Item should have been packaged better to prevent damage.

The foam was just what we wanted but the edge had turned yellow at one end. We made it work because we didn’t have time to return it.

This foam is serving its purpose; we used it to make our sofa cushions firmer. The only negative is that, even though the foam was packaged well in plastic, it was severely flattened. After unpacking it and waiting 3 weeks for it to expand to 4 inches, it never quite reached that thickness. It reached about 3.5 inches.

Nice density for sleeping on it

Used to fill in outdoor furniture. Needed to be cut to size. No problems cutting it.

The foam pad works great and I trimmed it to fit the back of my SUV on the driver side when the seats are laid down because I stealth camp all over the United States and need to get sleep. But I am going to upgrade and get an extra inch foam pad making it 4 in thick overall because I have a small barely noticeable 3/4 inch drop from the top of the back of the driver side back seat to the rear flat storage area in the back and I can feel it with the foam pad but although it is barely noticeable at first later in the night it becomes rather uncomfortable so that's why I'm going with an extra inch thickness. I know I bought this a couple of years ago but I'm just getting around to leaving a good review.

Exactly what I was needing for sofa cushions. Firm, sturdy and perfect.

Part of the foam never completely opened fully. It comes highly compressed and you need to open it and allow it to expand to the 4 inch size. Part of mine kept deep wrinkles that never expanded and were unusable for the cushions I was making. Fortunately, I was able to work around the defect. Overall, I was satisfied with the firmness of the foam for the cushions I was making.

Used the foam to refurbish an old ottoman. Unrolled it and let it sit out for 2 days to rise as much as it could.

Wat too soft for furnature--need much more density--really pricey for what it is

I got this to use as a mattress in my SUV. My work schedule is crazy at times, and sometimes I need to nap/sleep in my car. This was a perfect solution. It’s thick enough to provide enough comfort under me (6’1, 215lbs). I threw a twin fitted sheet (fits loose since this is narrower than a twin) on it and it does the job just fine. Great option for car/truck camping in my opinion.

Used as a mattress for car camping. I am about 155 lbs and this mattress supported me well. Bought a sofa cushion cover to fit the whole thing and laid my sheets on top. There was some yellowing on the edges when I received it, but that was due to oxidation from light. The rest of the pad was fine. It was packaged well to prevent from getting dirty.

I had previously bought some firm upholstery foam from another website and it was so firm it wouldn't even bend. But this one is nice and flexible yet still has a dense texture to it.

Took 4 days to expand to 3", expected 4" Not sure if they mislabeled it or it is on purpose, as to the quality, as expected. Would be excellent if it was 4"
