We recently purchased this product and were extremely satisfied with its results. It restored our pavers to a sheen that had deteriorated over the years. The price was perfect and it covered an area that was extremely large. We would recommend this product to anyone who has lost that shine and brilliance to the patio.

This is the best high gloss water based concrete sealer you can buy. I have a stamped concrete patio and over the years a bunch of different types of water based sealer were used on it. Most of them were junk. The color was uneven, parts were faded, and there were blisters on the previous coating. I wanted to chemically strip it and reapply with a solvent-based coating but I decided it was too much work. I ended up renting a large sanding machine and using 80 grit over the whole thing. This wasn't a great idea because it mostly only hit the high spots. I got it power washed and then manually spent a few hours with 80 grit on my hands and knees getting out all the blisters and bubbles and trying to even out the color. The area where the previous home owner had an umbrella was much darker than the rest (you can see that area in the pictures). Anyways, I researched like crazy and found this stuff. I have a 300 square foot concrete patio and I only ended up using 1 gallon for 2 coats. My patio is not very porous at all, and I even etched the surface before applying but I guess I just didn't need much. It coats very easily with a 3/8" nap roller. I had to use a paint brush to get in some of the cracks but it was a very simple process. I did 2 coats and it continues to look better even now at over 24 hours. It didn't deepen the color as much as I wanted to but has great gloss and overall a good product. I should have chemically stripped the old coating first if I wanted it to look perfect but I just wasn't prepared for that. Overall a great product. The test will be how it looks next year.

After trying sealers from the Behr line and a local paint store... with poor results we ordered this sealer which worked great! Applied 4 thin coats... each coat taking less product. Very happy!

I densified my new concrete basement floor with Foundation Armor L3000, then prepped it with a bonding primer, before sealing it with a one-part epoxy paint from a different vendor. That was my first mistake (should have used Foundation Armor stain). To make matters worse, I chose a light color. The paint is so soft that every scratch results in a dark stain that is absorbed and won't come off. To fix that, I needed an appropriate sealer. I couldn't find a water based sealer that was compatible with my water base 'epoxy' paint, I needed one that did not contain solvents. I finally called Foundation Armor, and they offered a couple of solutions. They shipped me different sample bottles first so I could try on a small spot before doing the whole floor. The WB25 turned out to be the best, it doesn't peel or discolor, and makes the floor surface significantly harder. I moved my freezer back and forth over it, not a scratch. I went with the high gloss, for easier cleaning. I was concerned about glossy being slippery, but it actually feels like the floor has more traction now than without - a nice bonus. I ordered several bottles instead of the 5 gallon drum because I find that to be more manageable, and any excess product stores easier. Thank you FA!

Used your product on recommendation from a family member. Ordered additional product and it shipped fast. I pressure cleaned my old driveway and walkway to the house prior to applying the product. The product was easy to apply and covered well. I used two coats on the driveway and walkway. We are very pleased with the results. The first two pictures is after the pressure cleaning. The following two pictures is the first coat. The last two pictures is the final coat. WB25 worked as described and expected.

Used this product for my garage floor without any issues. I had two coats rolled out within a day. This is the first time I have attempted a project like this it was easier than I thought.

Just poured an new slab and selected the WB25 as a cure and seal. Easy application and looks good!

We purchased the Armor WB25. I have never done this before. We washed the brick, then used the spray method. The brick was porous I used the 5GL on 120 sqFt of brick. It came out really nice. I would highly recommend this product. I'm thinking of creating a "Wet Rock" look and now I know what to expect. I will use this product again.

I love the fact that the water-based acrylic has low odor, it only takes soap and water to clean up, and it has a great glossy finish. Since the item only has a one year recommended shelf life, I wish their was a 3 gallon option for my patio. But I am still very happy with purchase and would recommend product.

I wanted a shiny finish and though I did not want to buy so much, I heard this was the best, so I went for it. So far, it was worth the extra money and size. It is shiny and looks great, it was very easy to put on and dried really quickly. This was the first time we ever attempted to stain concrete but once I figured it out, it all went pretty well. I think since I have so much left over, I am going to go ahead and use it on other areas to protect them, things that I seem to have to repaint over and over. This should stop that! :)

Only issue I had was getting the top of the 5 Gallon Bucket off. I had to pry and pry and pry until I broke loose the seal and then popped off the top and used with my roller right out of the 5 Gallon Bucket. I think the manufacture wanted users to pour into a tray or smaller container to use for spreading of the sealer. But this Ole' Cajun Guy got the top off and was off to rolling down the Sealant :) Great Product and would recommend all to buy from this seller for their Paver / Concrete Sealant.

I sealed some exterior concrete work with a generic product a while ago, but it etched under the weather. Foundation Armour was my best choice, great application and adhesion, just the finish I was hoping for.

The product went down easily and dried to an excellent waterproof shine. To early to rate it’s lasting quality.

After sealing 1261 square feet of pavers, curing for over a week, learned the hard way the WB 25 sealer reacts with tires touching the sealer. Now I have tire marks where the 4 wheels sat on the pavers. I tried removing with dish detergent and a bristle brush. However, nothing seems to remove the tire marks. They are now tatooed on my driveway. After contacting Foundation Armor I was informed that there is a product "Dur-a-flex: I could try and to remove the tire marks. This product is $66 a gallon which doesn't include tax or shipping. WB 25 is a water-based product. I wanted to use a solvent-based product but this is not allowed in California. The water-based sealers are approximately 3x more costly than solvent-based products. What I learned is that the water-based sealers should have a cross linking to minimize/eliminate the marks the tires leave on the sealed pavers. Apparently WB 25 does not have cross linking properties. So be aware tire marks will be visible all over the driveway. It like fingers prints on a stainless steel refrigerator that you cannot remove and see them every time you enter the kitchen. I'm so disappointed. After dedicating a week to prepare and apply the WB 25 product, not very happy with this decision. Would not purchase this product again. Considering the cost of this product expected better quality.

Lived in this house 15 years, decided to make the rock floor look shiny. Found this product to try, so far it's great. 2 coats with a foam brush and it drys fairly fast and looks good. It will be a long project since I can only do a little bit at a time.

This product does everything it says. We sealed our back patio and it looks just like new. Let me also say that the company itself, Foundation Armor, has an outstanding customer service dept that will assist you with your project so you can get excellent results every time. This is the second time we have purchased from them.

We used this product over pavers previously sealed with a water based sealer (from another manufacturer, which wasn't overly great) and were completely satisfied with the results . We sealed both a drive way and patio with two coast ad the final results were excellent. Nice new shiny finish. HIghly recommended.

Excellent product. Leave a nice gloss finish of stamped concrete

Used on a recently placed (14 day old) concrete BBQ countertop. Went on with a 3/8" nap roller really well and give a nice glossy finish. Now I don't have to worry as much about spills or stains. Definitely liked that it wasn't too strong smelling. Tip: if you have exposed aggregate edge (like I did) it will probably take 3 coats not just 2.

Great stuff. Really peeled up stamped concrete. Easy to use and clean up.
