While it looks good the blue plastic covering I can’t get to come all the way off so it looks horrible, it doesn’t clean worth crap, even with everything in it it doesn’t dry them at all! Even with the heated dry... if you leave it closed it gets a musty smell! I’m so unimpressed because I pretty much have a useless dishwasher. Would not advise to Anyone!!!!

Love this dishwasher! It is a very good appliance for the low cost. It is fairly quiet and the dishes come out clean. Cups on top rack come out slightly wet on top but that's to be expected for most dishwashers. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new dishwasher cleans like a champ. However, after less than 2 uses the rollers on the top track started getting stuck. After investigating i saw they were plastic, inside a metal track. The metal is eating the plastic any time I move the top rack in or out. Does not roll at all, but rather grinds. Very difficult to open and requires a lot of force. Poor design

I love the feature that you can have it start up to four hours later. You can load the washer set the delayed start and walk away! It also has eco settings to use less water. Easy to load and dishes come out clean every time!

Dishwasher doesn’t dry from day 1. I was told this is normal due to energy saving. Still there has to be better drying dishwashers out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a bit dissapointed by this dishwasher because it feels too delicate and feable, let´s wait and see how it works in time. Also the hinges in the door are too tight, maybe with time they will loosen up a little bit. I liked my old dishwaher better :(

From the beginning, there was already soap left on the inside of the door. After less than a few months, every drop of soap spills on the door after the wash is completed. The result is grease on the inside of the dishes and soap on the outside. I'm back to handwashing my dishes and use it as a dishrack. Not happy at all.

Your documentation says Quiet, personally I disagree, if my husband is sitting 15 feet away and can hear it running it isn't quiet. He couldn't hear the Kenmore we replaced. Now it is true that the dishwasher is empty so we'll see how "Quiet" it is with dishes in it. How do you get the bits of blue film off of the front of the dishwasher after the installer removed the majority of it? The bits showing below the control panel just look messy. Image attached. I will post another review once I have used the unit a few times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We redid our kitchen and having a dishwasher is great. So far it works wonderful, only thing is the racks shape make large plates lean over. It is just an adjustment though so not too hard to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago. Since we were putting the house up for sale and didn’t want to spend a ton of money, I went with this. You know the old “ you get what you pay for”, hold true with this model. The door does not lie flat when opened. Makes loading plates very difficult. They roll towards the back of the unit. The utensil holder does not have a cover on any of the spaces. Also, it’s much louder the the GE it replaced. Also does not fully clean all dishes.

Came with new home purchase last month. Have only used a few times, drying is a joke! Cleanliness is a toss up, depending on the load. Overall, it’s usable but for me just hand washing is better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have our new Frigidaire Dishwasher for a month now. I really like the dark grey inside and amazed how very spacious it is! I find it so convenient to have the easy-touch buttons on the outside of the unit. There are a nice variety of settings to choose from too. The door is a beautiful looking stainless steel and wipes up easily! While in operation, it has a soothing low sound. But the best thing about it is that everything comes out so clean and shiny! It is the ‘best of the best’ dishwasher for me, and hopefully for you too!

Hello, I had this model installed; did not pick it out, as I rent. The landlord paid for it. As stated in many of the reviews, it leaves water in the unit. The dishes on the rack dry as they should, but the silverware which sit on the bottom, often needs drying before being placed in the drawer. I keep the dishwasher slightly cracked to aid in drying in between use. The dishwasher is quite and I use the "Finish" gelpacks only, not powdered detergents. This dishwasher cleans extremely well. At least 4 days a week I use a George Foreman grill on my food, I place the grill plates on the bottom rack and each time the result has been a clean grill plate. If you don't mind a little water left in the machine, then this is a good buy. Thank you ,,,,,

What a huge disappointment. If only I could exchange this lump of lard. From the people HD sent to install it, to the performance of this dishwasher, it would be laughable if I wasn't now stuck. Never dries the dishes completely. Plastic tub that never ever dries even with the door left open. Extremely loud while running. Silverware basket has four compartments and is half the length of the dishwasher. The tines that hold dishes alternate between 3" and 5" high, useless. The top rack holds about 10 glasses. I live alone and it doesn't have enough space for one person's dishes. The install company installed it incorrectly and left the insulation hanging out and the paperwork inside while doing a test run. They left a huge mess and cleaned up nothing, all the while giggling and speaking Spanish in front of me. Neither of them came to the door with masks or booties on (like the HD video showing how installation would go shows) and they acted like it was a huge imposition for them to wear a face mask. I felt like that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine goes to the Korean nail salon and wonders if they are talking about her. Fridgidaire had to send a tech to reinstall it correctly. He pre-ordered a tub insert for some reason that arrived two days after he left. Six phone calls to Fridgidaire with four different case numbers created and this huge box with the insert is still blocking my front screen door and I can not exit the house that way. Completely horrible experience. Impossible to get ahold of a human being at HD about the installation experience.

Used it for the first time on 6/12/20 (today's date is 6/14/20). I used the 1 hour option to clean my recently purchased dishes and it was great with minimal noise. The capacity of this dishwasher held 8 10" dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 8 coffee mugs, 7 16oz drinking glasses, 8 8oz drinking glasses and 6 cereal bowls.

Bough a month ago and since then, tried to change the soap, started to warm up the sink water before turning on the dishwasher (as required on the user manual), but most of the times, some dishes are still dirty in the end.
