I will continue to buy these chairs. The ability to store them in the truck suv and still have space for other things is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third chair, both have broke in the same spot, Not sure if it's the chair or the way I sit in it. Both were black and i am in a camping group that everyone has one or two, mine are the only black ones, and both have broke, GCI has replaced both of them and I thank them very much. Not so sure I would buy another one. But I do love the chair, just have not had good luck with them. I hope this is the only 2 chairs that have had a problem, good luck on your choice.

I just got this chair a few days ago for my 60 th birthday. I love this chair. And so did all of my family who tried this chair out. Than you for making such a great product. Now I have to buy a second one so I can always use my chair without someone taking it. Thank you for a great product Mike

I have this rocker, it is built nicely with one problem. The stitches that hold it together is a low quality and with in a year or two it starts coming apart fast. See 4 pics below for comparison. I'm on my second camping trip and 5 trips fishing at the lake (no salt water) . I do not recommend this rocker do to its performance in camping.

We bought 2 freestyle rockers 2 months ago. One of the arms has busted at the weld already. I’m just wondering if the other one will do it soon or if that chair was a dud. I’ve submitted a warranty claim 2 weeks ago with no response.

Love the rocker. There are about 20 of these in our softball family. We have. Continued issues with the. Sho ks squeaking loudly and the big issue is after about the first 90 days the canvass rips at the top of the backrest on each corner. The chair is then useless. Do not reccmmend unless GCI strengthens or beefs up the canvass on top corners. Oh and none of us are over 210 not even close to the limit of 250 lbs. DO NOT RECCOMMEND FOR THE MONEY!

I have the same problem with my two red chairs . The skeleton is perfect Is there any way for me to get new canvas parts?

Owned one previously, and will still use at home. These chairs are absolutely the most comfortable compared to other chairs I have or had and very easy to sit down and get up. I even used my last one when recovering from hip surgery because of the great back support and ease of use.

Me and my wife bought a set and absolutely loved them, up until mine broke out of the blue. We use them while sitting outside with friends hosting BBQs’ never took them anywhere but our house and mine just randomly broke. Super disappointed because we really loved these chairs and always got compliments on them. I was literally just sitting in it rocking and the back rest bar support just broke. Honestly it could have been a manufacturing flaw or something because my wife’s is still working perfectly, but they are expensive chairs for mine to just break like it did. I am 6 ft 240lbs. Great chair before it broke honestly

Rocker was a gift from my husband last year in April. Stored in garage since I had it. Took out to sit in and the arm came detached from the leg!!!!

I have bought 3 of these chairs, and every one has broken in the same way. The back support rail at the armrest weld breaks. Enjoyed them while they lasted. About 6 mo.

I’ve had my rocker for less than one year and it has faded, dry rotted and came apart on me. They cost a lot to not last a year. Very disappointed in this product.

The rocking ram section of the spring cylinders will rust when in salty air near the ocean. Truly a great company that stands behind their products for a lifetime! Highly recommended

We have 2 of them and have had them for a couple years. The chair is showing no wear but the canvas seat is tearing at the seams. Would love it if the was a replacement seat and back I could buy. Really hate having to toss great chairs out just cause the canvas is worn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love those chairs! Warranty is also great, send pictures replace my chair within a week. Same thing happened with my second chair. I Sean a lot of chair with same problem so why this company doesn’t fix the cylinder problem? I’m not ready to buy an other one soon unless they fix the problem!
