This is a nice backup fridge for the garage. I like that it's garage ready. Still, be aware that if you use it in temps below 55F you do need to turn the freezer to coldest. There are instructions on the back of the freezer. Our Kenmore from 1998 finally died after a few repairs. It wasn't garage ready. GE makes great appliances and I expect we'll get a long life from this one. We just got a GE bottom freezer French Door for our kitchen too. Both are super cold, easy to use, well built and quiet. They were also a very good value.

When the refrigerator is running, the blower fan is super loud, that it can be heard thru walls and other rooms away from the kitchen. It seems, this unit runs continuously, not sure if this is normal.

This is my first stainless steel refrigerator. My last sounded like an airport when it ran. This one is so quiet. Love all the space inside and all the door slots and the shelving. Very pretty!

We looked at this product while shopping for a microwave and decided to buy it!… it has much more room and fits well where our smaller refrigerator was and best of all, it’s finish is mark- free stainless!

I have had a refrigerator now for about three months and it runs beautifully. It’s very bright inside, spacious and well laid out.

We needed to upgrade our old kitchen fridge from the 90s and this was our pick! It’s perfect for 2 people, great lighting, the color is stunning and it’s pretty quiet.

Love the garage ready design. that will allow us to use it for most of the year while in the garage

The delivery and installation were quick and efficient. The refrigerator is on and cooling down now. So far so good. The lighting inside is very good and should make it easier to see what is in it. I live the clear shelving and containers.

The refrigeration and freezing are both working well. However, the door has to to swing out ALL THE WAY to the right (almost 180 degrees) in order for the bottom “Climate Zone” drawer to pull out. I didn’t realize this and the rubber gasket on the door has already been damaged where the drawer bumped against it. The rubber is very soft and damages easily. We bought it before we realized this would be a problem in the space where it replaced our old refrigerator. We cannot swing the door open that wide due to a wall on the side, so we will just have to use the refrigerator without using that drawer. In our old refrigerator, the door was set up differently, so the drawers opened fully with the door opened at ninety degrees. So we didn’t even think to check this issue when buying the new one. It’s also quite noisy as it cycles, but since it’s a garage refrigerator it’s not a problem for us.

Beautiful and huge enough for our garage refrigerator. Well built and it works as advertised. Great features. Highly recommend if you are looking for a garage ready refrigerator/freezer.

I have had not one, but two shelves shatter. Both held the appropriate amount of water bottles and drinks. (Drinks were unboxed and were not double stacked on the shelves.) I have never heard of this happening before to an appliance. The shelves in my refrigerator did not hold the weight advertised and caused a large mess and a danger to small children when they both shattered.

Nice simplistic fridge to replace an old one we had in our garage. Serves a great purpose as a secondary, but has decent enough space to use as a primary for small families/singles in small homes and apartments. New as of September 16, 2023. Lights up really well inside. Doors can easily reverse and the unit is “garage ready” that is suited to run better in temperature extremes - which is exactly what we needed.

It’s very roomy and cools well, but I’m taking one point off since it’s loud. It’s new, so I can’t speak for reliability. The refrigerator it replaces was a GE French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer. It lasted almost 12 years.

I never knew you needed a special refrigerator for garage/patio so hopefully this one will survive the FL heat for a few years. So far working fine.

Just got it yesterday so too soon to know long term performance. Cooled down quickly after plugged in. I put an ice pack in the freezer and it froze solid in a few hours. Great size. Bought it as a spare back porch frig. I think it holds as much as my kitchen frig! Shelves are sturdy and great lighting in frig. Wish there was a light in freezer but at eye level so easy enough to see things. So far so good! And quieter than I anticipated after some reviews!

The fridge was delivered on August 2nd, but it does not work. I thought it would take a few days to cool down but one week later it still does not work. A technician fixed it on August 18th and it worked for 4 days. On August 23th, I noticed that the ice cubes in the freezer started to melt, despite the temperature being set at the coldest setting. It almost a month, and the fridge was mostly never in a useable state. Its takes another week for a technician to inspect the fridge. Disappointment!

Great fridge for the garage !! Would recommend it to anyone looking for that second floor fridge.

This was the perfect upgrade for our kitchen refrigerator. It's super sleek, has a sophisticated look, and runs so quietly.
