Condensate dry is an energy-efficient drying system on some dishwashers, and with this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process. For proper drying, the dishwasher door must be opened immediately after the Clean light comes on. Also, to improve the drying performance make sure to check the rinse agent dispenser and fill as required. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

We encourage you to check and be sure you have a minimum of 120° degree water coming in to the dishwasher for the best wash performance. Silverware comes in a variety of sizes and we encourage you to remove the slotted cover to accommodate yours.
