We've had two of these refrigerators in the past 6 weeks. The last one was delivered 5/28/21 We've had it for less than a week and this morning the freezer temp is 35deg, Refrigerator is 44. Settings are -1 and 37. All of our frozen food thawed again. Out of two of these refrigerators, we've had two failures. I cannot begin to express my disappointment with GE products. GE used to be a symbol of quality. Apparently not anymore. Do not buy this refrigerator.

Installation was fast and easy. Still trying to figure out how to store various products right now. Love the door-in-a-door. Lots of space for tall items. Water dispenser can be used as a night light in our kitchen. Love the fact that fingerprints do not show!
The old refrigerator (came with the house when we bought it) went on the Fritz, and after a lot of research we decided on this GE Profile Model. On the expensive side, but worth evert penny. The quality in the design and build is really evident. You might get frustrated removing all the protective film and tape on the inside (not something the instsllers do), but well worth it when you see that you got a truly perfect product
