Appears to be the same filters I purchased from Home...
Appears to be the same filters I purchased from Home Depot before, however the flow is much impoved for the latest purchase, just not sure why? New cartridge came in retail box, filter was wrapped in plastic, and the foil seal was intact. Still wish the price was better, but about average.

The filter is great, but the refrigerator is old and...
The filter is great, but the refrigerator is old and changing the filter clued us in that the filter head needed replacing, which GE Service has already done, and the refrigerator is working as good as new.

Easy to replace every six months
Every six months or so, an indicator light illuminates on my fridge, then I replace the filter with a new one. Easy and seamless!
