Very expensive for the two filters. Can’t buy any other brand that would work.

This set of filters absolutely met my expectations. They are just great but too expensive. I think to switch to other, cheaper brands.

Replaced FQ18PN. Feel better knowing we will be drinking fresh filtered water.

I like that 2 are packaged together since the pre & post filters need to be changed at the same time.

Price is ridiculously high at almost $70.00 for a semiannual replacement.

The old filters still have water left inside and it spills when taken out. A tray under the manifold would help contain the spilled water.

Even after replacing the GE reverse osmosis water filter, the water pressure was so low. Couple of plumbers looked at it and they mentioned that the GE reverse osmosis water filter tank may have gone bad or the filters are bad. I had to return the filter back to Home Depot. One thing that I must appreciate about home depot is that they accept genuine returns and listen to the customer feedback. The team at customer service and check out counters and the team on the ground in different aisles is very very helpful. Overall, Home Depot remains a preferred store for me for all my home furnishing requirements. It is a great store with great policies and very much consumer friendly. Long live Home Depot and Home Depot team !!!
