I owned a Grohe faucet for 10 years and remolded the kitchen and purchased the Zedra faucet. Great faucet and great customer service.

I love the ste. Easy to clean

Easy to install. Looks great on the counter. Easy connecting to existing plumbing.

Faucet drips. Have to do a particular sequence of sprays to stop the drip. Handle is kind a small not curved as ladylux model.

The faucet is beautiful to look at. Problem is in order to get to the spray it goes thru the blade spray first. It is so strong if I don’t put the head all the way down towards the disposal it sprays over everything, rest of sink, counter etc. and makes a mess. Additionally every few days the head leaks and the only way to make it stop is to again put the spray on, making a mess, and then turn the faucet off. I should return it however that would require me having my plumber over to remove it and install another one and pay for it. I’m sure I’ll regret that decision in the not to distant future

Best products ever. Love the hot steam spray feature beside the regular spray feature. But for some reasons, can't get the water marks off the chrome so it always looks dirty.. Any suggestions for cleaning product to use

We had a Grohe faucet for almost 20 years and just replaced it with this one.

Easy to install. In use the moving parts glide smoothly.

Unfortunately it drips a little if I don’t either really slam it off hard, or I turn it on again to spray and then turn it off. A little frustrating for a $300+ faucet.

I like the design and function. The hot/cold handle doesn't hit my backsplash. The only negative is it doesn't have a spring loaded handle like my Ladylux. The weight on the hose constantly bangs against the waste pipes.

Ease to install and love the modern look. People that has small hands would have a hard time gripping the faucet head to use the spray.

We have not yet installed this faucet. We bought it with great confidence that it would be excellent based upon prior experience when we built a house 15 years ago. We installed Grohe fixtures in all four full bathrooms which included both a shower and a 2 person soaking tub, as well as in two half baths and in two separate sinks in the kitchen. They were perfect in performance and the finishes looked like new after 15 years of use. Living in that house, I fell in love with Grohe. I can't wait to install it when we return to Florida next May.

Looks great in my new kitchen! We DIY and this was the easiest install of any faucet I’ve used. Really like the two different sprayer modes and the cutoff button.

The technical rep on the phone was simply the best. Fast, knowledgeable & accurate. Will not consider any other faucet due to Grohe service. Tried “M” & “D” over the past 25 years. No comparison to Grohe.

I wanted a great faucet, similar to the LadyLux I had many years ago in my other home. This is an above average faucet. It's much better than I had but not as desirable as the LadyLux of years gone by. Was it worth the price? I say no.

Works as designed. Had some installation difficulties with securing the faucet under the granite countertop area by the sink. However, Grohe support was very good and shipped a different hardware piece to secure and seal the faucet appropriately.

Replaced a 25 year old Grohe Lady Lux. Seems to be a great choice. I'm not sure if it will last 25 years like the Lady Lux, I guess it really doesn't matter because I not sure if I will last 25years!

Installed by homeowner. Very easy to install. Looks attractive. Nice functionality.

I previously had a Grohe faucet, which this new one replaced. The prior model had a lovely brass pipe below the counter, with a brass fitting that seated it. This new model has a plastic fitting below the counter that ratchets the faucet into place. Because the ratchet prevents over-tightening, there is 'play' in the seating, making the faucet wobble slightly. I can foresee this being a problem in the future. Seems cheap and short-lived. I wish the Ladylux had brass seatings.

We bought this a couple of months ago and love the design both aesthetically and functionally. The knife like spray function with hot water is perfect to clean my cast iron skillet. Another wonderful aspect of the faucet is we were able to install it ourselves. We replaced out 20 year old Grohe Ladylux with this newer upgraded version. Very happy.

I have had the newly designed LadyLux faucet for a while. It fits well in the hand, The 3 way spray patterns allow easy clean up of sink and recyclables and the handle lets water drip away. The arched shape protects the hose from sharp bends and early failure.

This is a nice faucet except for one thing. The stream feature is a bit difficult to operate. I have to hold the button down for several seconds, and the stream doesnt engage immediately. The power spray kicks in first, and THEN the stream kicks in. Its rather annoying.
