I was lost. There were so many choices online I could not tell what I needed to replace the remote control on an older Genie garage door opener. The customer service person I chatted with understood my situation and knew exactly what I needed. We got our garage door running again very quickly. The customer service people made the difference.

Worked just like my original one I bought 8 yrsago

I was able to make the remote work, however, I had to buy a battery because the battery that came with the remote was dead on arrival. Otherwise, things went well.

Remote was very easy to set up

I got it to work on the first try. It has worked every time since.

It isn’t working properly with a Genie garage door opener. So, I am beginning to think that Genie is not as good as thought it was.

It was easy to program for my garage. Works great.

Great design, easy to program

Stopped working after two weeks... Tried changing battery but still not working. Very disappointed...

I bought it the device for old Genie Screw Drive (12-pin). I used the Drive pin settings and followed the instructions to configure the Opener. It works well on both doors.

Works great but is too expensive

Straight forward to set up. But there is no indication which end is the transmitter. I don't know if I'm being blasted or not .

It’s better than the original one and off brand that i replaced the original with.it’s bigger and feel better built.

Product is great but when its around 40F it's not working. I tried changing butter and buying exact same one from HD, same respond, can't trust it.

Can’t get it to work

The remote was excellent but the garage circit board is too old, would not pick up the new remote.

Lost my garage opener and reordered. The Reaponse was quick, the service excellent when I had to redirect the package and very responsive to emails. Couldn’t ask for better.

It took a while to pair up with my ancient garage door opener but i finally got it to work.

I needed an extra remote opener for use from my house. My Genie opener is thirty years old and still works nicely. It took a little while to find the appropriate remote since my opener is so old. Genie customer service was helpful and timely. The training instructions were not very clear but I am persistent and figured out how to train my opener to the remote.

Easy to use and cost effective.

Works just fine with a vintage garage door system
