Takes too long to cook.

I like how it allow the grease drips to the bottom of the pan

I had a defect too early, not even a week of me having it. Good thing that I registered it, I have a new one coming to me real soon.

Absolutely love this. Only thing it lacks is a cover so when I put the cheese on burgers. I use it all the time right now since my new appliances haven’t arrived yet.

Works and cooks well. Not quite as easy to clean as I expected but it is much easier than the regular George Forman Grills.

The first purchase I had to exchange because it wouldnt turn on. The second grill worked...but I did not like how the food taste. I made steaks and chicken and it was very dry. Definitely no smoke at all.

Works well with virtually no smoke.

We only used it once for steaks and they were fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this grill. It is the perfect size. I made two larger steaks and some onions and green peppers. There was plenty of room to turn the foods. There are 3 heat settings to choose from and the instruction book tells you which heat setting to use and the approximate time to cook the food. The taste of the food was great. It tastes just like you grilled it outside on a regular grill. It has a drip tray, so you don't get any smoke. Clean up is very easy. You can wash it by hand or put it in the dishwasher. It is the perfect size and easy to store. I would recommend this grill.

I love that the grease is collected in the separate pan in the bottom. Also that it disassembles into 4 pieces to clean well and store. It also has various heat settings which is a huge plus

It was big enough for a dinner for 6 people and grilled exactly the way an outdoor grill does. It still has some smoke but not enough to make any alarms go off. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to grill all year long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice grill! We actually used it while camping, on rainy days when we need to cook inside the camper instead of grilling outside. It cooks evenly and is smokeless so that helps cut down on the smell in a small area. It is very easy to clean too! I will be using this all the time and I would highly recommend this grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] George Foreman - 172" Open Grate Smokeless Grill is wonderful to put it mildly. I love that I can bring the outdoor grilling practice to the inside, it does an amazing job at letting the grease drip through the grates onto the drip tray area where it collects and cools before it burns to produce smoke. Also, loving how quick and easy cleanup is, the grates and the drip tray are easy to remove which makes cleanup a snap. The advanced George Tough Nonstick Coating is pretty great too, its 3 times more durable and doesn’t contain any PFOA. Burgers, steaks and veggies taste so good when grilled on this George Foreman smokeless grill, it’s definitely my new favorite way to grill all year long. I would highly recommend this product because in my own honest opinion it does an amazing job and I feel like everyone should own one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided I wanted burgers for dinner, but didn't want to go start the actual grill. So I got out my smokeless grill. I let it heat up for about 7 minutes, then threw on the frozen burgers. As they were cooking, it smelled amazing, and there was no smoke like normal grill. They cooked in about 15 minutes and they tasted just like they were cooked on a real grill. The grill grate, comes off so you can easily clean it and clean the drip plate as well, I just used soap and water to clean it but the removable grill plate and drip plate are dishwasher safe if you choose to clean it that way. It was super easy to clean, didn't have any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the George Foreman Smokeless Grill about 3 weeks ago and have fallen in love with the fact I can use it daily and eat healthier. You can cook almost anything on the grill. The grill itself has an open grate which provides even cooking temps. There is a drip pan that sits inside a base directly underneath the open grate grill to catch all the excess grease and fat that renders during cooking. It is an electric grill and the plug, which has a temperature control knob, inserts easily into the side. I was very surprised at how well it cooks without any smoke. The open grate provides low to high temperature settings to ensure your food gets cooked thoroughly and evenly. It is very versatile because you can cook not only meat, but also vegetables. The grill itself is made with a nonstick surface which really helps with a quick and easy clean up. I am somewhat disappointed because I have taken pictures of the foods I have cooked, but am unable to post. However, I can only describe how evenly browned and thoroughly cooked my juicy chicken breasts were. I also made a side of grilled potatoes with sliced bell peppers and onions. A few onion pieces slipped thru the grate of the grill and I didn't have to worry because they were caught in the drip pan. The grill would be great for beginner cooks because there is no splatter from grease and you are able to visually see the food as it cooks. I plan on getting a lot of use out of my new George Foreman Smokeless Grill as well as teaching my daughter how to cook on it as well.

I love the way that it is extremely versatile, as I love grilled food all year long and sometime it is more difficult in the nasty Chicago winters. Now, I won't have to worry about that! I can get my 'grill on' when it gets freezing cold outside right in my own kitchen! I can't rave about this grill enough! If you are looking for an indoor grill that is easy to use, easy to clean and large enough to feed a family in one cooking session, then this is the grill for you!

I have a smaller kitchen that this grill doesn't take up too much foot space, but plenty of room on the grill to cook for a family of 6 in one session. I love the fact that it has a fat draining and collecting system that doesn't make the food greasy from cooking in fat... Easy clean up with a large family is a 'must-have' for my household, and everything about this system is dishwasher safe! So, in it goes! Assembly is super simple, only took about 5 minutes tops. I did notice that when I heated it up the first time that it gave off some odor, probably just the dust and residue from the manufacturing process. Once I looked at the owners manual, it did say to wash it first... but after about 5 minutes it was good to go! I love the way that it is extremely versatile, as I love grilled food all year long and sometime it is more difficult in the nasty Chicago winters. Now, I won't have to worry about that! I can get my 'grill on' when it gets freezingggg cold outside right in my own kitchen! I can't rave about this grill enough! If you are looking for an indoor grill that is easy to use, easy to clean and large enough to feed a family in one cooking session, then this is the grill for you! I have used it several times (chicken,steak,hamburgers,hotdogs and bacon) to see how well it holds up. And it holds up great. First off the look of the grill matches my other appliances and is very modern looking. My son loves how it makes the grill marks on the food and he says it tastes better on this grill. The only feature I think could be improved is the heating setting switch, could have slashes in between.with or with out temp numbers, this would make it easier to know where it's set too and how hot. I'm still adjusting to this grill when it cooks it cools down and then gets hot on a rotation, still cooks fast and hot enough just something to get used too. But I would recommend this grill it sits nicely on my counter, no smoke , cleans easily and makes tasty food. A lot better then other grills and griddles I've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I love to grill, so when spring and summer roll around we're as excited as anyone to head outdoors and cook whatever we can once or twice a week for dinner (steak, hamburgers, corn, other veggies, shrimp, and salmon are among our favorites). Lately, grilling outside has been almost impossible as temperatures routinely soar above 100 degrees and it becomes dangerous to be outdoors for any length of time. Having the opportunity to test the George Foreman Open Grate Smokeless Grill in the comfort of my air conditioned kitchen was wonderful in and of itself. This kitchen appliance is 172" long (I believe there is a smaller version), I'd estimate it weighs about 10lbs, and I found its surface area to be spacious enough to easily cook 4 - 5 entrees in addition to a smaller side dish/topping at one time for my family of five, plus one guest. Over the course of the past few weeks, I've grilled chicken, hamburgers, and colossal wild caught shrimp using my new smokeless grill, and it cooked all items thoroughly while producing little smoke (I removed a star because it's called a "smokeless" grill, but it still produced some amount of smoke every time I used it). It was simple to figure out--which I appreciated--as there was only one dial with few heat settings, but my favorite thing about this grill is how easy it was to clean after each use: the drip tray and grilling grate were both removable and dishwasher safe, so I popped them into my dishwasher and didn't have to worry about cleaning either of those messy components by hand! I can already tell my family will be getting a lot of use out of this appliance, and we're looking forward to making steaks on it, as well as shish kebabs, in the very near future. I think it's too early to tell if it'll replace our actual grill, but at this rate, it's a very real possibility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the George Foreman Open Grate Smokeless Grill with some medium size boneless pork chops.I heated my grill to medium, seasoned the chops with a dry rub I notice the pork chops did stick a little to the grill not sure if I had over coated them or had the grill up to high for the rub once I turned the grill down some I had no issues it never once smoked.The chops came out great loved the grill marks.The next night I tried burgers on the grill and they were great no issues of sticking to the grill or smoking. The grill is super easy to set up and use,out of the box straight to setup in under 5 minutes and that's with wiping it off for use. I like the different settings and how simple it is to wash it off and store it when your finished with it. The drip pan held the juices in and was very easy to clean.It has become a staple in my household.

For my first try I purchased two Strip Steaks. In reading the instructions, it states to cook steaks on high heat, which I did. The grill heats up quickly and cooked my steaks to a perfect medium rare. While cooking, there wasn’t any smoke. Pan cooking causes more smoke than this grill. The searing of the steaks was beautiful and gave the meat the authentic outside grilled texture and taste. When it was time for clean up, the grate is very non-stick and wipes down nicely. The catch pan, while I thought would be difficult to clean, was actually a breeze to also clean. This grill is perfect for anyone who does not or cannot have an outside grill and won’t set off smoke alarms

I had a family gathering Saturday and decided to make Kabobs, they turned out better on this grill compared to my husband's outside traditional grill. This grill gave me such peace of mind, there was rain in our forecast and this grill made the gathering smooth sailing. I was able to set this up and grill our kabobs without fear of the rain putting out my coals. It's much faster to set up than my coal grill also, which gave me more freedom to visit and mingle with my family. Clean up was a breeze because of the non-stick surface. It's also visually appealing so I wouldn't mind storing it on my counter, though it's also thin enough I can store it in my kitchen cabinets. I definitely recommend this product!

I was able to cook our meats and veggies at the same time, for our family of 3! There was no sticking and the grease dropped into the trap. All the flavors were spot on and no one could tell the meat wasn't cooked out on our large outdoor grill! The 80% less smoke was true to the word. I just placed the grill by our kitchen window, and there was no need for any other ventilation. Cleaning up after was super easy - I just threw it into the dishwasher!!

This grill even leaves the grill marks on the burgers and hot dogs. I used this grill on a rainy day and it was better than the outside grill. The burgers were juicy and cooked evenly. There was no smoke and nothing burnt. It is very easy to use and then take apart to clean all pieces. The only semi negative about this grill is that as most electronic cookware it heats up faster on the side with the prong than on the other side.

I love to grill but hate having to stand outside in the heat, deal with bugs and then clean the gas grill. This smokeless grill from George Foreman is perfect! I pulled it out of the box and immediately put the pieces in the dishwasher. Yep - everything is dishwasher safe! I first cooked burgers. Perfectly cooked, all throughout! All of the grease drained through the open grate and was caught in the tray underneath. They cooked evenly and quickly. No smoke at all! The grate itself is non-stick and the grooves are just enough to use the spatula to pick them up and flip them with no trouble. Cleanup was a breeze, too! I can't wait to start grilling more! Get yourself one of these - you won't be disappointed!

I didn't notice any smoke at all and it was easier than cooking on my stovetop that even produces smoke. The size is great and I was able to easily cook 6 hamburgers on it at once. It cooked them evenly and still retained flavor and left the hamburgers not too greasy at all. It's very easy to put together and also very easy to clean. Also, it heated up really quick which I was shocked since some similar products seem to take time to heat up. Overall, I am really loving this product and see myself using it a couple times a month.

Advertised as 80% smokeless grill is spot on. All the juices drip in the drip tray and can be disposed of with ease. Clean up is super simple and can go in the dishwasher.

The grill is big enough to cook something for everyone. Steaks to hamburgers to hotdogs. Great for homemade pizza. Perfect crust. I love that you can cook everything at once. In addition to meats it does a fantastic job for potatoes and veggies. Just a few minutes on this grill and veggies are grilled to perfection. I often have both meat and veggies going at the same time. Clever design makes it easy to clean. The pieces come apart and then everything in the dishwasher. Grill has a surface that really just wipes clean. I have also found myself using it for some desserts. With all the beautiful fruit this summer - it has been fun to grill different fruit combinations. Fruit and veggies grill quickly. One thing I found surprising is how often I have used it for a quick reheat for leftovers. Does a great job to reheat just about anything - especially something like pizza. So much better than a microwave. For me it has been virtually smokeless. I find myself using it all the time.
