We ordered our grill and were so excited to try it out. Got steaks to have with the family. Preheated it as the instructions stated, the green light came on. We put the steaks on and set the timer. Waited for the cooking time to run down... opened the grill... and guess what??? Raw meat. So, we tried again. Closed it back up, waited for the timer. Opened it up again.... Raw meat. This will be going back tomorrow. The little $20 Granite Stone one we have works MUCH BETTER.

This was my first George Foreman product that I bought based on people being happy with the product line. Upon arrival and after reading the manual, I cooked a chicken breast on it. I must say I was impressed with the ease of cooking and the end result. But after taking the removable cooking plates out along with the grease collector, it all went downhill from there. I put them in the dishwasher as stated to be ok in the manual and on taking them out, the grease collector already had rust on it. Also the bottom of the cooking plates had black soot on them. Every subsequent washing the same thing happens, and it is not possible to remove the soot other than taking a paper towel and rubbing it. The towel gets black and the plates really do not get clean. Fortunately, it is not the cooking side, but your hands get dirty nonetheless. I wrote the company along with pictures, and they got back to me fairly promptly saying they have to send my email to their research department. So far, I have not heard back from them. I hope they will respond as I really am not overall happy.

Purchased one for my parents and the have raved about how great it cooks I had an old g.foreman that needed to be replaced so we replaced it with this new purchase and really love all of the added features. Look forward to cooking!

I love my new replacement smokeless grill better then my original one!

I used it to cook a steak and it came out great. It was easy to clean.

We received our George Foreman grill on Christmas day, but we didn't use it until today almost a week later. This grill is AWESOME!!!! We cooked some chicken on it for the first time and MAN was it GOOD !!! Juicy and very tasty. I love this grill!!!!!! Cooks perfectly.

First usage was a complete success! Easy to operate and SUPER easy to clean! Love the Foreman grills!

I purchased my George Foreman grill three weeks ago and everything was going fine.after each use I let the plates cool down and sprayed them with dawn ultra let stand for 15 minutes and wiped down with a sponge and rinsed. Everything was beautiful. Then after 3 weeks I discovered markings on the top and bottom plates, but by eyesight not being so great I thought it was stuck on food, so I recleaned again and still there.so I started to get frustrated and talk a magnifier to the affected areas and ran my fingernail over the saw and felt ridges barely invisible to the naked eye and saw that the non-stick surface was peeling off the top and bottom plates. But I’m not giving up because I had plenty of George’s grill’s before and happy with them, so with that I plan to have the plates replaced because I think this one got through quality control.

Got it last week. It truly is smokeless and has lots of great features. The snap out trays make cleaning so much easier. Having a temperature control prevents burning and can cook the meat at a slower rate. And it stands up on the side, so it takes less room. Glad I got it.

I love this grill. It's super easy to use, the plates are removable, the touchscreen is awesome and I love having the timer too. When you lift it it feels substantial and well made. I'm not saying it's too heavy, I'm saying it's well made. Would highly recommend this product and the price was just right.

Wished I had bought one of these years ago - no need for an expensive outdoor grill.

Drain holes are too big. Too much surface cannot be used for cooking, plus high temp doesn't hold well because heat escapes through openings. The idea is good but needs tweaking.

I just got my grill this morning and have used it for the first time today, and I love the way it cooks fantastic!!

This is supposed to heat up to 425 degrees; however; the one I recv’d. only heated to 286 degrees as measured by my temperature gun. The steaks came out tough, gray and more like boiled than grilled.

I am so glad I decided to give this a try!! The food is awesome in just a short amount of time.

This new Foreman grill has replaced my old Foreman grill. The improvements over the old Foreman are wonderful. It is sleek and works fast and wonderfully cooks our main dish.

Cooks as advertised, smokeless and easy to clean, the steaks do not taste as good as they do on our outside grill, but the convenience outweighs that on a steamy hot day. Very glad I purchased this product and the delivery was faster than I expected.

Quick to heat up, cook and clean. It's also nice to grill indoors with this AZ heat.

Very easy instructions, and the cooking plates are easily removed and then put back after cleaning. The drip tray did not slide as smoothly as hoped. Can’t grill outdoors where we’ve moved into while renovating our house so this has been helpful.

Have used it over a week now and to be honest, I am not as happy with this smokeless grill as I thought I would be. I no longer follow the temperatures recommended...it dried out everything I cooked. I decided to lower it 25 degrees and start with the minimum minutes they recommend. I will say cleanup is a breeze. I prefer to wash it by hand and use a soft toothbrush for any particles that stick.

It is easy to use and clean, but I did not enjoy the meat texture once cooked.

Great grill, clean-up was somewhat easy, nice color, easy to operate & grilled 6 burgers in 15 minutes-tasty grilled flavor. Downsides: Very bulky, a little smoke (but we grilled 6 burgers), the cord is a bit short, & again I underestimated the size. Keep in mind, I just got my grill so only used it once.

We needed to downsize to a easier way of grilling for 2 seniors. We just couldn't drag out that large grill anymore. Have had other GF but this one is perfect for us.
