Easy to install , works as described. Have used it for about a week and it flushed great one #1 & #2. The only stoppage when installing was the bolts for setting the toilet. It took me a minute to locate the bolts which were found inside the box with the wax ring. It would be nice if they were in with the other hardware. Overall so far very please with the operation of this toilet. For the price this is a great buy.

Stay away from Glacier Bay toilet's absolutely horrible it keeps leaking. Luckily I called the manufacture and had it replaced. Just our luck this toilet also has a crack what a nightmare of a toilet.

Toilet seat is very bad quality. Screws keep breaking. Two broke within 3 months from buying the toilet. It also does not flush good. It leaves stains from poor flushing.

Purchased the sub $100 elongated bowl glacier bay two piece toilet. Installed and noticed water drip on bottom of tank. Appears that the factory installed the tank to bowl bolts over tight and cracked the porcelain. This is not a shipping problem. I Returned the original leaking tank and received a new tank. When installed the same problem occurred. The tank leaks at the bottom due to stress cracks caused by the factory over tightening the tank to bowl bolts after manufacture. I returned the second tank and rather than reinstalling, tested the tank by filling with hose. The third tank tested ok and I installed it. Two days labor, two trips to store. Don’t purchase this product. The price seems great but the quality is inferior.

We get what we pay for. First purchase unboxed and found broken front. Since I opened the box, I could not return. Purchase another one, installed and looked okay. After one day I notice very little water in the bowl. Flushed, bowl fills up, 3 hours later half full, 6 hours 2" in bottom. Checked for leaks, floor in dry. Tried out for a week but water drains from bowl. There is a number of reasons this can happen, poor venting, wind sucking on the vent, fracture leaks. After 3 weeks decided to pull the toilet and found epoxy glaze around the pea trap and was moist. It appears that this unit failed inspection so they just glazed over the leak but still leaks. Installed American Standard last night, now up to $400 on 1 replacement but far better quality, and after multiple use today the bowl is always full. Superior flush by the way.

Love the color! Love the height! My meniscus in both knees are torn plus I have full body arthritis and this toilet allows me to comfortably utilize without having to use the portable medical hand rail unit that I was so embarrassed for visitors to see. I’m so grateful!

Nicely packaged to avoid damage to the toilet. Easy to install, good instructions. Just the caps would not hold. The dual flush toilet flush is quick, low water use and therefor quick and quite refill. Works great for # 1. The (big) issue is with number #2. There is not enough water in the bowl (see photo), which with flush you need to clean the bowl with the brush, second flush will not do it. The 2. issue is around seat height (16.5 in for the bowl, 17 to 17.5 in with seat). The seat height is OK for me (5ft9in) but not for my wife (5ft6in) - only the toes reach the floor!

It's just beautiful and elegant what more can you say about it, maybe you think I got the wrong subject, it is my toilet very satisfied.

This toilet is an amazing deal. It looks beautiful and comes with everything needed for installation, except for the water supply line (which should already be there if replacing an existing toilet). Installation is quick and easy with many of the parts already preassembled. I also own Kohler and Toto toilets, but the Glacier Bay holds its own compared to them!

I bought 2 of these to replace my old Harvest Gold and Cocoa colored toilets (color choices of toilets were inherited... I’d never make such a sick, color-coded joke). After reading some negative reviews about abysmal flushing ability, I decided to go with these (as the price is right, I wanted dual-flush, it was a Consumer Reports #2 pick, and the good reviews far outweighed the bad). Installed these myself 2 weeks ago (the virtual BILT instructions are great) and continue to be amazed by the flushing power. I’m extremely happy with my choice and wanted to share.

We replaced an older (very) toilet with this newer dual flush toilet. Super easy to install. We both really like the raised seating position (me = 6ft, wife = 5'8"). Instructions were pretty well done. The only thing we aren't super excited about is the toilet seat. It seems kind of "soft" in the middle and could use a couple of support bars in addition to the 2 in front and back. Overall, yes, I would recommend.

Super Easy to install (I'm a middle aged woman) by myself. The tank is a 2 screw watertight seal. This replaced a special order toilet that I over-tightened (and hence cracked the bowl) from a competitor. This was 100% easier to install as you don't really have to worry about leveling the tank like the other model I replaced.

It is just a great product. Well priced and came complete. Shipping was reasonable.

I hope whoever measured this toilet got fired. Without the seat installed, this thing sits at 17". With a seat, it is at 18". HOW DID GB GET 16.5"??? The way Home Depot displays toilets is dumb. Why are they up on a shelf leaning towards people above a person's line of sight? How can one judge how tall it is going to be? If you are taking a #2 and sitting like you are in a chair with your legs at 90°, you are hurting your colon. You need to squat a little bit to properly go. I am probably going to return this toilet I have now used and get one that has a proper height on ~15" with the seat installed. The base is not perfectly round on the front either. Also, make sure the blue and gray buttons are positioned like the attached picture so #1 does a #1 flush, and #2 does a #2 flush. The installation was easy. The toilet flushes well, but it is too tall. Maybe I will get a foot stool to put my feet on so I can squat better while doing #2.

Installation was simple and I love the way it flushes. Delivered to my door step. I have a teenager who would always plug up our old toilet and since we got our new one there has been no plugs.

The tank pushes back and stops, but pushing forward it doesn’t stop as close. The wing nuts are tight and doesn’t leak. Has this been an issue with anybody else?

Nice, tall, flush mechanism on top of tank. Seat is not good. Will replace soon for one more comfortable. Great water saver. Back of tank not completely finished.

This toilet was an excellent find. The bowl is very round and suits my family well. The water saving flush button is great, saving half a gallon per flush.

Easy to install, they are chair height, I love the way they flush one for liquid two for solid.

This is a very nice Glacier Bay 2 piece toilet, and easy to install. I bout it on Home Depot log In to the internet and got it quickly at store pick up. Very fast!

This toilet was pretty simple to install but it did leak on one side. But to fix it I had to over tighten both nuts and then it stopped to leak. Its been a week and so far the toilet is working fine and we love both the push buttons. The left is for #1 and the right is for #2 if you know what I mean lol.
