I love this faucet! We replaced it in our utility tub 2 months ago. It looks great and now it is so easy spraying and using all around the tub and items we are cleaning. I haven’t noticed water splashing on the adjacent walls like we did with prior faucet.
So happy I found this when searching for a replacement in our laundry room.

It was easy to install, and looks like it is better made than the old faucet.We looked in the store but did not see anything we liked in our price range, so we went to the web site. We have had it for a few weeks now and my wife is happy.

Well worth the price. Something weird about the handles, the cold water opens and shuts backwards from the hot side.

The handles go the wrong way
It is a cheap set, not great but useable for a short time I am guessing .
The pullout section is cheap plastic and the hose is cheap and does not retract easily.
The big and odd issue is that the hot and cold handles turn to open in opposite ways, it is VERY odd and difficult to get used too. Cheap but useable in a pinch.

This was an exact replacement (but now made by a different manufacturer). My original unit developed a leak in the spray head. (Washers needed replacement but because a different manufacturer now new washers were unavailable). So Home Depot and Glacier Bay sent me a brand new complete unit. Love Glacier Bay warranty. My old unit was over 10 years old.
I’m almost 70 and it was super easy to install. Tool-less install and done quick in less than an hour.

The faucet unit was great for the money.....they say its a life time warranty for non-profit commercial use. That's a plus. Easy installation... Nice for the laundry room.
I found it difficult to order on line, --- so I called instead. Seems the website keep getting hung up !!! Frustrating ...I think too many fire walls most likely... JC

Poor quality. Cold water knob turns opposite, who knows why? Hose wasn’t long enough so a new valve had to be installed for adequate connection. The spray function feels fragile, as though it could break easily. But it’s installed in my laundry room now so I can’t return it. Just a caution to others to avoid buying it.

Good laundry sink faucet
It is fine for a laundry sink faucet. I like the two spray settings, separate hot and cold handles and the length and height of faucet. The stainless steel finish is not as nice as my higher end fixtures. That being said, it will serve it’s purpose and the price makes it a very good value.
