I have used this item for over 10 years, I have it in many of rental properties. it looks great and lasts a long time. I have never EVER had any problems with them. it looks like its being phased out and its marked down to a great price. buy as many as you can

It’s pretty, but that’s about it. The shower head barely has any pressure and is hard to change to a different setting. You have to turn it to change it, but then it starts unscrewing the whole thing.

Change the shower head arm extension
Easy to install. Great product for the price. Change/purchase a different curvature arm for the shower head or you'll be showering up against the wall. Other than that, I love it. BTW, if don't like the water pressure, remove the inside gasket inside the shower head.

Hello Jason. We noted in your review that you mentioned that the faucet had lower water pressure then your previous faucet. This model is a unit that has a water saving feature so you should be getting 1.8 gallons per minute so if your previous model did not have that feature, your old model had more pressure than this one will. If you test it and you are getting less water than that, we suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Care Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they would be glad to do some troubleshooting with you as well as provide any parts you may need, free of charge, under the faucet's limited lifetime warranty. Lasted 6 years then temp control stopped skipping
Got 6 years out of this faucet, then temperature adjustment stopped working. When you turn the temp control lever warmer, the temperature doesn't change until finally it snaps to all the way hot. When you adjust it a little cooler, there is no change until you turn it far, then it goes all the way cold.

This is the second time I have purchased this faucet...
This is the second time I have purchased this faucet in 10 years. Very pleased with product performance and appearance. Only reason for replacement....I was replacing matching sink faucets because of sink/counter upgrade. Would recommend readily.
