Perfect for my garage in Montana with its sub zero garage ready rating. I also like the fact that it is on castors and has a foot pedal to open the door when your hands are full. The interior is such that you can separate many different items for convenience. Am considering both freezer and refrigerator for my Kansas home. Great product!

Top half never got cold

The freezer works great. I love the setting for Deep Freeze. This helps for food you want to store for a longer period of time and prevent freezer burn. The machine is super quite too.

This is a great freezer. Plenty of space with the adjustable shelves in the freezer as well as on the door. We absolutely love the kick plate to help open the door. It is very classy looking and I would highly recommend this freezer.

It’s worked out perfectly. It look industrial which is what we wanted in our garage.

Beautiful refrigerator, sturdy shelves, plenty of space, does not come with door pedal or casters installed.

The outside of the unit gets hot! Not sure if this is just a lemon or if this is common for this unit, but this isn’t safe for children or adults alike. Plus the heat could affect items nearby.

So far so good but they need to ask me this in about 2-4years. I just bought mind it makes a little popping noise every know and then. Does great and i keep my icecream on the side of door ans i have the middle cooling select. I can eat my ice cream right out the freezer without waiting on it to unfreeze/ thawout.

I bought this freezer January of 2022. August 2nd, 2022 I go to get something out of the freezer to cook, and everything is thawed out and ruined! Absolutely not cooling. The thought of the amount of ruined meat sickens me. I have a call into Whirlpool to put in a warranty claim. Let's see what happens. Extremely extremely upset.

the freezer was working perfectly so I bought a second one but now this one failed an I lost al my meat who can I contact to get it looked at it’s barely a month old now

Very pleased with the purchases. Both items cooled down to proper operating temps in less than 12 hours.

NO STARS! FAILED MISERABLY TO MEET EXPECTATIONS. Ordered above PICTURED Refrigerator ON ROLLING BASE & matching freezer. In order, NO mention of base assembly or extra charge for it(would have Paid it). What was DELIVERED(finally) was two black METAL boxes and two large PAPER BOXES. The PAPER boxes contained rolling bases WITH MULTIPLE PIECES(plates, nuts, bolts, etc). Bases have step release to open doors (selling point HAHA), so it is NOT just putting the wheels on it. After second failed scheduled date to finish delivery of units as sold, Frank in MDO at Home Depot, SC declined to assemble the bases and told me to find handyman. Have $3000 in paperweights, while I am one Searching and Paying someone for base assembly to have usable units I ordered. Home Depot Resolution is offering TBD amount for reimbursement, so final cost of these units TBD also.

This freezer is great! I love the casters, foot pedal, recessed door handles, and reversible door. It’s working perfectly. So glad I found this freezer online!

Works just like the reviews say the door open peddle is very convenient

The freezer is great. I was disappointed with delivery. This was a gift for my daughter. They did not assemble the wheels and foot plate. We found the box set in the corner after they left. We had to turn it back on it’s side, finish assembly, and upright it. Not an easy task. We purchased the same freezer through Costco and the delivery was flawless.

Bought in Feb 2021 I thought the little ice buildup was due to the newness and Nebraska humidity as we removed and added items. We didnt open it for over a week and it has more frost in it than ever. After inspection, the top of the door seems warped which puts the seal too low on the door.. Luckily I bought the extended warranty and shouldnt have to be out any money for repair but still. QC work by the manufacturer is definitely lacking, thats being nice.

The freezer is great. Works perfectly in our basement furnace room. However, it was delivered without the wheels and kick plate installed. It would have been good to know this before purchase so I could have planned accordingly.

Great product for garage. Attractive, great features such as the foot plate opener and casters for easy movement.

Perfect addition to my garage. Now I need to purchase the refrigerator twin.
