Louder than I expected. Battery status lights do not work as expected. Ran 45 min and light stayed green. Next day ran 10 min and light went from green to complete shutdown, no amber light, no warning, just shutdown.

This mower is great! I use it on a 1/4...
This mower is great! I use it on a 1/4 acre yard and it’ll get the job done with only one recharge of the battery, which is pretty quick. It’s so light you don’t miss the self propelling feature, although if you have hills you may want to consider a self propel mower. I also like how it folds up and stores out of the way! Very happy with Green Machine.

Warranty is useless
You really need more than one battery if your yard is bigger than a postage stamp.
BUT THIS SPRING BEFORE THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY WAS UP THE MOWER WOULD NOT START. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES, FILED A COMPLAINT AND HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE. I CALLED THE STORE AND GOT NO WHERE

Good quality mower
I wanted to get away from dealing with gas and oil so I decided on the Green Machine. It was a quick delivery and assembly was a piece of cake. I've used it twice now and the battery lasts approximately an hour. The first time it went through 5-6 inches without an issue. It's built well and is heavier than I expected. It's quieter than a normal mower and the big rear wheels make it easy to move around. If you're on the fence, I say go for it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I purchased this lawnmower in 2022 and wanted to use it several times before submitting a review. I’m a petite woman and the mower is easy to maneuver and not as heavy as the gas powered. The battery pack lasts for 2-3 mows and it easily mows the sticks and twigs and lastly, and my lawn looks like a carpet when I’m done. I love to mow again since I don’t have to play the stale fuel/tune up/won’t start game. I would highly recommend this mower, especially for women who like to DIY. I purchased an extra battery pack as a backup but haven’t used it. If you have a larger area, an extra might be useful.

Save yourself and your money
Won't run more than 10 minutes without overheating. Can't go more than 5 feet without restarting. 30 minute job equals 5 hours.

Heavy duty with a quickly hotand tired battery.
Loved the machine really worked it hard on steep hills, through wet leaves, sticks and branches made it through it all. Battery over heats quickly and drains in about 45mins.. 2 battery would be more optimal.

Battery last 1 ONE hour only
The battery only last ONE HOUR!!!! I just bought it and it works fine, the size is fine however I keep stopping for 3 hours to charge the battery and continue cutting, it's really exhausting.

I have used this for a few times and it has performed great! If your grass is high it increases RPM to compensate, but uses more battery life so keep the grass cut at a good height!

Terrible lawn mower
The worst lawn mower I ever owned. Brand new wheel fell off
Green machine terrible customer service. When I first got it had a hard time with battery but just figured it was me then when I did get it stared and went cut my grass the wheel fell off. I should have took it right back to Home Depot and now I am stuck with this trash of a lawnmower.

The lawnmower cuts well and feels lighter than expected. I have a little over a quarter acre lot and one battery charge almost made it. On the safe side I purchased a second battery. The grass catcher works great. I also found it to be very powerful . I think it’s a good buy for the price. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the battery life.
