Con: While I'm sure the actual lighting provided is the 1500 lumens on the box, overall this light does not produce enough focused lighting in our kitchen. Since they are halogen, I noticed there is significant light leakage on the rear and side of the lights to vent the heat from the halogen. Pro: Light included all needed hardware and was easy to install.

The lighting capability is less than adequate for a room. Great for hanging over a piece of art on the wall.

Easy to install and easy to aim lights. Great for our hallway...to light up the whole thing at different angles. We also like the bronze finish.

I was very unaware by the description that I needed my own power source. Could have been reading wrong but these items should say “need own power box/source” . A large amount of these track lights look the same but don’t install the same so make sure to read the full description and specs.

My husband and I really like these lights. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bulbs are hard to get into the sockets and because they burn extremely hot. We bought Phillips LED lights to replace the Halogen and are very pleased with the result. The LED's stay cool to the touch and are a lot brighter. We love the bronze and bought the round base and the ten foot track along with the straight three light for our kitchen we're happy with the look and the lighting.

Easy installation and looking good. Only thing we did was exchanging light bulbs to LED.
