Exceeded all our expectations! Product for the price is an excellent value. Assembly very easy, they even provide the tool. Took less than 30 minutes. Only concern was shipping. The box was in bad shape when it arrived and parts of the chairs received scratches in shipping.

Good quality product, very sturdy. The table in particular is built like a tank, very heavy duty. Assembly was a bit of a process, but to be expected. Shipping from Home Depot was the only frustrating piece, took over three weeks to get delivered from CA to MN.

Instantly comfortable. Great coushions. Seats are very roomy put you at a great lounging height. This set was easy to put together and comes well packaged.

Assembly is easier with two people, but can be done by one person. Directions and tools/hardware were complete and easy to put together.

A really great set for the price. Setup went well except for the loveseat. Holes didn’t line up. Had to take to Home Depot to put together. They were able to overcome issue. Very comfortable, especially with the thick cushions.

It was easy to assemble and it meets all expectations. Everything fit together nicely and the instruction were clear. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

The wicker looked to already be worn/fraying. The wicker wasn’t good quality for the price.

Very pleased with the quality of chairs and cushions. Table is quite heavy. Assembly wasn’t too difficult (solo). Be sure Hampton Bay logo is on the bottom of seat backs and you’re good to go.

Very nice product for the price! Easy to assemble. Less than an hour. The cushions are thick and comfortable!

It looked great in the pictures, but there are several manufacturer defects including: 1) The table leg levelers fall right out of the bottom of the legs every time you move the table. Why aren't they glued/bolted in? 2) One of the chair arm bolt holes did not line up with the seat bolt holes, so I'm short a chair now. 3) The furniture I got was apparently used and returned, I can see wear marks on the furniture and there are signs of rusting on the metel pieces used to bolt the chairs together. The reason for the rust is that whoever put it together originally rested the metal on the ground and scraped it so that the paint wore away. This is not a big deal unless the rust spreads and causes the metal to crack, not likely but its the principal of the matter. 4) The seat cushions are stiff/hard. I expected to sit in something soft so this was a surprise since they are very thick. Anyway, for the price paid I am pretty disappointed in the furniture. Oh and one suggestion, I'm shocked that this set doesn't include seat covers, birds are already doing their thing on it like it's a massive target in my back yard! Covers would be nice to include to keep the cushions clean when not in use.

this was a good product but I bought other Hamilton Bay that was poor quality this is why I cannot recommend this product

After we put all the pieces together and actually sat on them, it was a relief to get them done. The coffee table was so easy to put together, my wife and I told each other that this assembly job was going to be a piece of cake. As it turned out, it was not quite that easy. The coffee table was just a tease - assembling the rest of the furniture was outrageously difficult because there were no labels on the pieces to identify them. We relied mostly on sight and guile to put them together. The pictures helped too but it should not have been that way. Luckily, the hardware (nuts, bolts, etc) were labeled correctly and that helped. Reminder - have your own ratchet set to use. It makes assembling the pieces much easier. As for functionality and appearance, it looks presentable enough. If it will last a couple of years of use, it's worth the money. It's not top of the line but it's good enough. For how we want to use the furniture, it will do just fine.

We love our new furniture, unfortunately we have not been able to use it yet since the weather has not been cooperative. It was very easy to put together for two if us, not sure it would be as easy for one person.

This seating set is nice and for the price it's perfect for a smaller area.

Great product assembly was easy. The extra tools made it handy for two of us were Assemblying the set. The directions were easy to understand. I will look to by this band in the future.

Table was easy to assemble. Chairs were a bit more difficult (took longer to assemble).

Would not recommend. One of the chairs would not assemble as the pre-drilled holes will not line up. Now we have to coordinate a return. Overall quality is poor.

So far so good. Cushions are nice. The whole set looks nice. Fairly easy to put together, just time consuming.

I love this patio furniture. It’s so comfortable and it was well worth the money. I would definitely buy again.
