The ordering and delivery process through Home Depot was frictionless. Very good. (Delivery was delayed a couple of days due to Hurricane Ida, but I can't knock HD or FedEx for that.) The product is fine, just what I expected, much better than the original. The only knock is that the button to engage the sprayer won't stay engaged unless you actively hold it with your finger. That to me is a design flaw. (Tip: a zero-cost workaround is wrapping a small-diameter, wide rubber band around the button 2 or 3 times to hold it down. The kind of rubber band that often comes around a bunch of asparagus or broccoli. Roll it on and off the button as necessary. Just don't roll it up so high that you put pressure on the center of the button where the hinge is, keep it at the lower edge.)

Fits & works. Just would like to lock the spray on.

Exact match for our existing faucet. Over the 10 years ago since we installed this faucet, the spray function stopped working, and it just didn't have the same flow, even though we'd replaced the screens. This solved the sprayer function and we get a stronger flow from the faucet.

I don't remember what model my Hansgrobe faucet is, but I did buy it from Costco. It's likely the Cento based on these other reviews. It's been 3-5 years since the faucet was installed, and I noticed the water pressure was way down. I didn't have the aerator removal tool that was supposed to be included in the original packaging so I couldn't open up the aerator to clean it. I decided to replace the spray head since I never liked how it would send water everywhere when it was new anyway. This was a perfect fit. It only comes with the spray head. No hose or mesh filter or aerator tool. Easy to install just by twisting off the pre-existing head, but do remember to save the mesh filter. You can remove the aerator on this model for cleaning just by using a 22 mm wrench unlike the original model. The one major con of this spray head is that the "spray" feature will not stay on by itself. You have to keep holding down the button the whole time to keep it on unlike the original model. Otherwise, this is a very good spray head that eliminates the major cons of the original model, which were it doesn't get water everywhere when you use it and you can use a standard wrench to remove the aerator for cleaning.

Hopefully the replacement version holds up better than the original, which suffered from what seems to be a common problem with this faucet — eventually the spray mode would not turn off. In all other respects, I really like this faucet head. It has a nice weight to it, the spray is well balanced, and installation was easy.

Our third sprayer for this faucet. It works well until the button gets stuck in the spray mode, then we buy another. They last a year or two.

We bought this to replace the original spray nozzle that came on the Hansgrohe faucet we bought at Costco over a year ago. The original was narrower and sprayed all around in either stream or spray mode getting everything around the sink wet. This replacement fit perfectly and solved the problem. It also aerates the water in stream mode, which the original never did. So it was cheaper and far easier than replacing the original faucet.

My old nozzle was still good, but had some overly abrasive cleanings - over 10 yrs old I’m glad Home Depot carries these, adding many years/ decades of enjoyment

This spray head is the perfect fit for the Hansgrohe Cento model (no longer in stock) that I have although the finish is different - mine is chrome this has a satin steel finish. It still looks good

This is the exact replacement part I needed. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

I had a difficult time finding the replacement faucet head for my 5 year old grohe kitchen faucet. Thank good Home Depot had it. And at a reasonable price too.

This fit the Hansgrohe Cento Dish Faucet unit and replaced the original spray unit. It was a big improvement over the original and performed much better better flow and pattern. It was worth the capital expenditure. It saved me from replacing the entire unit which was only 18 Months old. I feel Hansgrohe has very poor customer support and I was glad Home Depot was there with this component to salvage the unit.
