Nice and warm addition to my fireplace.

Gas log will not light due to gas not getting to pilot. I had gas company check for my gas output thinking it was a supply problem. Plenty of gas from the source but the valve on the unit will not let gas flow. I have used three different ones thinking maybe one was defective. After third one with similar symptoms verified gas was adequate to log set. Apparently the gas logs set's valve is junk. Tried to call company number and get only a recording saying to submit an email. Looking at better business bureau info and other customers on Home Depot site its obvious this company and what they provide is poor. Home depot needs to not carry their products.

Very nice burner. Logs looked realistic compared to others I have tried. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered did not light correctly. I returned it and ordered another. Waiting to see how the next one does…

Works as it should. Good value

Unit does not work. Procomm was no help. An HVAC tech and I went over it to no avail. I called HD and they said I could bring it to a store for refund, which is nice to know. Home Depot folks are fine. Thank you.

The item arrived before the delivery date. Item was correct as ordered. All parts for the item were included easily assembled and installed. Very pleased with this item.

Easy to put together.

For the price you can’t beat it. Easy to install. Puts out tons of heat. Had a minor problem with it turning off randomly but the directions covered how to correct the problem.

I purchased this item and had it installed in April of 2021. Use of the fireplace wasn’t necessary until This January (2022) an it didnt work. I called my local HVAC who installed it and thy determined that it doesnt work and recommended that we have it replaced

Ok for the money. Not a great looking flame and minimal heat output.

After one use, the knob that controls the gas (off, high, low, pilot, etc.) completely melted. Home Depot said I can't return it to them and have to contact the manufacturer. It has been a nightmare and I would avoid this product at all costs.

The unit was very easy to connect. The only problem I could see was that the controls were a little hard to get to. They are hidden behind the front row of logs. Now I leave the pilot light on all the time so I don’t have to light it every time I want heat.

I bought these logs for my wife for Christmas. Overall the quality seems to be good. I did end up purchasing the installation kit the instructions recommended, and ended up having to go to a local hardware store for an additional connector. Installation is pretty straightforward forward and takes 20 to 30 minutes. The logs flame pattern looks real enough, but doesn't get very high above the logs. I does put out a good amount of heat. For a basic set of ventless logs they are a good value.

I had a licensed plumber install this appliance. When turned on, it IMMEDIATELY turns off and extinguishes the pilot. Other gas appliances have worked just fine in my fire box. I could return it, but it's not worth another plumber's bill.

I am very pleased these logs. Last night the temperature dropped to 20 degrees, I decided to try heating my home without the furnace, relying only on my fireplace. In twelve hours there was only a 4 degree drop in temperature. My only complaint is that the control knob is located in a difficult spot just under the front log. It is difficult to use and almost impossible to see.

Ordered two heaters from Home Depot. Could not get either to light. Returned them.

These were replacement logs for an old LP gas set. I also opted to go with vent-free to save some of the heat being pulled out of the rest of the house and up the chimney. Mostly needed the heat during times of power outages in the winter.

The logs and the flame are beautiful, but since you have to turn a knob to light and turn off the log set the knob is in the WRONG LOCATION. It's on the side of the unit and gets SUPER HOT when the unit is on; this makes it VERY DIFFICULT to turn off.

Had for 18 years dropped geode on valve and broke valve. We will be getting this set again..the valve is 2/3 cost of a new set.
