Great Heater! The best part about it for me is that I use my electric blanket outside to cover me & when the heater is on, it heats up not only the area on the back porch, but it heats up the blanket to make it extra cozy for me. Yes you do need an electrican to hook it up and I love that it doesn't take up any square footage on the patio.

Worked for 2 days.
Worked for 2 days. Day 1, electrician connected the heater to a 240v connection, that was installed by the builder when I had home built. After connection, turned heater on and it connected to WIFI immediately. I tested the heater by controlling it with my phone and the remote, cycling through 1,2 and 3 (5 minutes each). Everything was great, I was very happy with the purchase. Day 2, I continued testing, the same as above. Heater was on cycle 2 for about 10 minutes, then it shut off. Heater would not come back on, I let heater cool for several hours (thinking it could’ve over heated), still would not power up (no lights on panel). Metered power going into back of heater, it was good (L1 120v and L2 120v). So, good input, bad output, heater is bad. Worked for 2 days. Returned to Home Depot with issues. Thank you, Home Depot.
