I actually changed the shaft they have for some iron piping that I made to include a light over the fan - it was simple enough to wire and the ceiling already had two hots coming out, so the result is pretty impressive (tooting my horn proudly).
Quality - We had one, the motor went out after maybe 6 months, so no fan. We had it replaced (it's next to bunk beds, so the covered blades are a must). This second one lasted about a year before the oscillation stopped working. I was able to manually get it pointed near the beds and we leave the oscillation off. They did send a replacement motor housing, but I am waiting until it goes out completely to replace, since that will be a task, and I assume it will happen.
Value - Paying 200 bucks for a fan that is REALLY spotty quality wise is awful in my opinion. BUT, if you HAVE to have a covered fan like this, especially one that oscillates, 200 bucks is a steal. If you look outside of HD for something similar, expect at least double (at least that's what I found). So based on quality, value is low, but based on needing these features, value is good.
Ease - I am not an electrician, but am pretty handy (again, I made a custom shaft to add lights to the fan). I've installed lots of fans between my houses and my parents' house. This was the least easy, and the biggest issue was getting the receiver and wiring all tucked into the ceiling attachment. It wasn't impossible, I did it alone, etc, but it was not "easy." Also, when you go to clean the blades and motor - the screws are a little awkward so there is some difficulty in that, but again, that's part of getting a covered fan.
Final advise - if you have to get a covered fan that oscillates, this is a good one, but save the receipt and be ready to need to replace it. If you don't need the unique features, get something else.
