Sent review 21 Oct 2020 was asked to send pictures of bubbles from water damage. Item was purchased in July and installed in August. Small bubble occured 2 weeks after large bubble inside occured 1st week and we noticed the crack/bubble 3 days ago.

Received the complete vanity within the estimated time frame. The first item was delivered about a week after initial purchase. It arrived undamaged and complete. It is a heavy and sturdy piece of furniture and the marble counter top is beautiful. It looks great in my renovated bathroom. The medicine cabinets and a linen cabinet were also purchased. They were delivered on different days, but also without incident. Very happy with the beauty, sturdiness and function of the entire set. The doors are slow closing, which we like. Note: My only qualm was when the vanity was delivered it was left on the grass by the curb of the street. Wish it had been left closer to the house. Other than that we are very happy with the purchase. We have been using the set two weeks since the completion of the bathroom.

Bought this cabinet to match the 24" we already have in 1/2 bath. I got some fun knobs for them both. It's a cute cabinet, functions as expected, no issues with either.

I got this vanity along with the medicine cabinet and linen cabinet they are all beautiful and made very well.

Very nice, quality material. Only thing is it's very very heavy

Owned for 5 years. Paint started cracking 6 months in. Detail in wood makes is difficult to clean. Cracks built up dirt throughout the base edges and on door slats. Copper knobs have white residue from constant exposure to steam. Backsplash sold sold separately too. Two good features is the easy to clean granite and quiet cabinet doors... but would not purchase again.

This vanity is absolutely stunning!!! We are updating a 1980’s “pink” master bathroom and it is the first step of many (see pink medicine cabinet in pic). It has a smooth, satin finish in a sea foam green color, with soft close doors. I only wish the drawers were soft close also. It is free standing with nice get, and has feet as central support for the cabinet also. The granite top and sinks look great with our faucets. The quality seems well made and it is very heavy. The only issue we ran into was my husband had to cut away the middle of the back of the cabinet for our water lines/trap (going from 1 sink to 2), but he’s handy like that! We would definitely buy it again!

Pics of review from my purchase, and initial review on March 9. We did get it upstairs by covering the top and sliding it upside-down on the granite top (covered and protected with movers blankets). This was only achievable because the stairs were covered with carpeting. Otherwise it may have been too risky. And then moved it on furniture sliders to the bathroom.

The vanity is beautiful. We had some issues with delivery, however, home depot's customer service was excellent in resolving the issue. The vanity has a lot of space and has really transformed our remodeled bathroom. It is very heavy so be prepared to have help moving it. I couldn't be more pleased!

We looked at a lot of vanities and this was a great choice! We love the color and design!

Worst Vanity EVER!!!!! Bought 4 replacements - poor quality each delivery. Don't spend your money on this brand. I'm searching and have found the Scott brothers selling good quality through Lowes.

Love this vanity solid, good construction, heavy and well built. I did have 2 delivered just to find the measurement was almost 61.75 inches (not the 61 noted), Being it was being installed in an alcove of approx. 61.33, adjustment was required and I did have to sand the right side (see pic) Against an open wall or against one side wall, you would not have this issue. After the changes, am very glad we stuck with it. The Team at the local store in Middletown DE was outstanding throughout the process!

Love this product. Bought it in August 2018. We were lucky enough to stumble onto it during a sale ($300 off) which made it even better, although we likely would have bought even if it hadn’t been on sale. It was very well packaged and arrived with no damage. Was rather heavy but we managed to get it through the house gliding it on the heavy-gauge cardboard it was packaged in. The cabinet doors close on their own (slowly with a slight starter-nudge) and are very quiet. Plenty of storage room. I was able to remove the back easily (about 15 screws) to make faucet installation easier. We really wanted only one sink (on left side just like the one we replaced) but it seems ALL vanity designers believe couples do or should use the vanity in synchronized fashion. In 38 years of marriage that’s happened maybe 3 times. We must be odd? Anyway, we saw 2 options: 1) replace the vanity top for an additional $400 (and 6-week wait) from a custom countertop manufacturer, or 2) install a 2nd faucet on the right side and simply don’t hook it up. We went with option 2. We like the idea of somebody (a guest) coming in and being totally confused when the 2nd faucet didn’t work ;-). We really would have liked to have a matching backsplash included but I was able to contact the manufacturer at https://www.avanity.biz/index.php/contacts.html So... very-very pleased with the product aesthetics, quality, install ability (if that’s even a word) and shipping!

We chose this vanity for a recent master bath remodel, and we love it! This is a heavy, solid piece of furniture that is well built and looks great. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very satisfied with our purchase.

I felt like I was taking a leap of faith with all the reviews citing chipped paint and what-not -- but I'm glad I did. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare with the first one arriving damaged and problems with the delivery company (JW Logistics) but Home Depot made things right. The vanity itself is nicer than I expected at this price point. The doors are soft-closing, but the drawers are a bit sticky and hopefully time will loosen them up. There's an unfortunate dark spot on the top but I didn't feel like playing roulette until I got a perfect one and who knows what degree of variation warrants an exchange. The drawers are also thoughtfully about six inches shy of the back of the cabinet, so the extra sink drain line I had to run (bathroom was only provisioned for one sink) had room without having to tear up drawers. There's a glossy sheen to the paint that isn't visible in the stock photo, as well. Overall I think it's an exceptional product for the price. Yes, there are nitpicks, but it's a 60" double sink vanity with a top for under $1000.

I purchase the vanity for a guest bathroom because I love the color and based off of the other reviews. We installed the vanity and within a few days a weird ring along the basin and granite top appeared. We contacted Customer Service and they arranged for the the vanity to be picked up, however we could not figure out what caused the discoloration. My husband showed pictures to a HD associate and he seems to think there's something going on with the sealant round the basin, but wasn't cerrtain. I'm really disappointed as I really wanted this vanity to work.

I absolutely LOVE this Hamilton vanity. It looks great in our guest bathroom and we will be purchasing another one when we renovate our master bathroom. This is a solid piece of furniture and functions perfectly.

The vanity is exactly as advertised, it is heave so if you need to move it up stairs make sure you have help. We love it and are so happy we bought this, made it economically possible for us to do a bathroom makeover.

Very pleased with the vanity!!! Looks better than expected. Great quality, no particle board or cheap hinges & the price is better than a lot of prefab sets. Highly recommend! Added pictures to help see the countertop - it has a beautiful beveled edge. The only thing I will warn you about is its weight. I read several reviews saying it was heavy but heavy is an understatement. IDK how much it weighs but three guys struggled to get it in the house, STRUGGLED... so be prepared or pay for the shipping and delivery if you don't have the manpower:)

Beau-ti-ful but very HEAVY. I would be very hesitant to order if you need to bring up any stairs took 3 adult men to carry up the stairs and they were working HARD!! Looks great once up the stairs. Exactly as pictured. We switched out the knobs to coordinate with our other brushed nickel, which was pretty easy. Great quality for the price!

In general, it is a nice piece. Would be better if back would come off and if top not already glued on. Made for a difficult installation and needed to saw off some of the the back. Disappointed came with a scratch on the right front drawer. Looking to see if I can get a new drawer replaced. The look is perfect for my new coastal/cottage bathroom. Difficult to tell exactly what the counter top would look like.. I love it, but in photo it looks brown even tho description says grey. Luckily it is definitely grey tho (white, grey, tan and black)

I absolutely loved this piece! Although, from others reviews and pictures, I expected it to be more of a tan color granite top, the one I received was grey, white and black colors. I had to change my design plan, but the changes were spectacular! It turned out amazing! Very happy with the reveal!

Granite slightly more pink than beige. Easy to upgrade bathroom into upscale level. Got t"Tampa" fake marble tiles 88 cents per 12x12, and Moen Banbury faucets from Home Depot also. That and fancy looking rug and Wow! Jealous it is now on sale.

I read all the reviews I could find on this vanity and decided to take the gamble as most were good. I'm very happy with it! It's constructed and packed very well! I would've liked for it to have a back splash to match the granite top but knew it didn't come with one before I ordered it. I purchased tile to use for the back splash and it looks great. There were complaints about the color of the granite being too pink. It's more of a taupe/gray/black/white speckled pattern. It looked like it had a pink hue undertone when it was sitting in my garage before the installation. But once it was inside it doesn't have that same hue. It looks more grey/beige/black and white. It wasn't exactly what I would've chosen but I do like it. The hardware is black. The sinks are deep. The non slamming doors and quiet close drawers work fine. The bottom drawer is quite deep. This vanity is, as others have said, very heavy. The granite top is attached. It took 3 strong men to get it in my bathroom and set in place as it had to be lifted to over existing plumbing pipes that are in the floor. If you don't have floor plumbing to worry about and can slide it in, 2 men should be able to do it. Hope this helps in your decision making......

The delivery people were awesome. They uncrated it and moved it in. It arrived in perfect condition. It is really classy and replaced the piece of junk that came in the tract home. It really dresses the master bath up. We really like the height, it is just right. The silent close doors are a huge plus to those loud banging ones on the old vanity. We are beyond pleased. First time I ordered such an expensive major renovation project online... I was really nervous. Wished I would have taken a before picture. Thank you Home Depot!

I decided to buy this vanity while upgrading my bathroom. I looked at all the previous reviews. Here was my experience. Many people wrote that the granite has a pinkish hue, mine did, I know some peoples didn't but it is a natural stone and your results may vary. My vanity did come with a slight ding on the lower left corner, not enough to send back but enough to make you mad when you spend this much on a product. The manufacturer also says the top is sealed at the factory, it is not. Water absorbs right into the granite so I recommend sealing it right away. I think it is a great looking vanity. I thought the price was great and it looks great in my bathroom. It doesn't come with a backsplash, so I added one that matched the tile I picked. This vanity is designed to go in the center of the room as the sides are not flat and kind of taper off at the end, this made it impossible to put on a side splash when I was installing. I am very happy with my purchase. I would have gave it a 4.5 if that was possible but couldn't give it a perfect score due to a few problems. Don't let all the negative things that I said deter you, I just want people to get a realistic expectation on their purchase. I love it and would buy it again, please see my pictures.

This vanity is a beauty! We purchased it for a remodel in September 2015 and I love it. The granite color is a little "pinker" than I expected but with our tan walls it works. Has darker colors mixed in so that helps too. Lots of storage and the all in one sinks are great. One thing is it is super heavy! Took several guys to install it and its all one piece. You can not take the top off, or at least we didn't. I would recommend to anyone wanting to really make their bathroom a show stopper.

This is the most expensive piece of "furniture" we have ever bought and upon installation it was the nicest. We love the color (grayish blue) and also the color of the granite. However, within 6 months the paint and finish was chipping off. Currently, a year later we have no less than 8 spots where the gray has flaked off and the white is showing through. Since I use gentle cleaners and mostly just a damp washcloth to wipe it down I am assuming it is from toothpaste and whatnot that sits too long on it and by too long I mean 3 or 4 days since that is the longest it goes between cleanings. My recommendation is to not use this in a bathroom with kids or adults who brush their teeth.

The vanity came totally destroyed. The box was perfect. No flaws. The foam packing around the vanity was unblemished. The vanity looked like it was hit by a truck. The granite top was in a million pieces. The wood back was broken and cracked in several places. The front of the vanity was cracked and broken. It was like the packers loaded up a hunk of junk into a nice new box and sent it out to get rid of it. IM NOT HAPPY!
