Tons of blemishes in the finish stay away
Good design BUT the finish is horrible. For this kind of money I expect at least a decent finish. I would not put this in my own home again. It's also very heavy which is expected of a good cabinet so if your a homeowner be prepared. So heavy you won't want to return it.

Pretty but minor flaws in design
I love this! Very pretty and will last a long time. Only issues are, it is heavy and you can’t take the bowl off the vanity to carry, and it is tigjt under the sink making hard to install hardware.

The vanity, top, and sink look very nice. However, I expected a better quality finishing on the cabinetry. There were rough, raw edges that should have been sanded prior to painting and finishing. Because the final coat of paint was added, the unfinished spots don’t show up as badly, but they feel sharp.

Nice cabinet spoiled by cheep hinges
Vanity is in low use guest bathroom, after a couple of years the hinges turned rusty, badly so.
No water leaks or any other issues in room, other hardwear OK

Very nice quality, solid wood no particleboard. It is extremely heavy, I highly recommend paying the extra money to have it delivered to the room of choice. After removing all the drawers and doors it's still took three grown men a baby a dolly and straps just to get it upstairs. In the end it looks great and fits perfect in the space.

Thought i was getting something nice..
I ordered this thinking this would change the look of the bathroom. It does, it looks nice. But has some flaws for sure. The way the sink is formed, the water from 2 different faucets splatter all over the place. Even after turning the valves on 1/2, it still splattered. Also, there is a crack in the granite that goes right to the sink. The bathroom isnt even fully remodeled yet, and just have to many issues with it.

The Home Depot has sold thousands of these vanities and this has not been a recurring issue so it is possible that your faucet angle of spray is the problem. The sink is standard and used in so many HDC vanities that I am sure it is not a design flaw. As far as a crack in the granite please send pictures to hdc@avanity.net along with proof of purchase so we can assist you. If the crack is at the faucet holes it is possible that it was damage during installation. The more information you send us the better we can assist you. We want you to be 100% happy with your vanity.

Took Forever to Get It
Like most things in early 2022, it took forever to arrive - ordered mid-January and arrived towards the end of March. I believe I was already beyond the time I could return it! Not that I wanted to, but it was worrisome. It is a beautiful cabinet but I expected soft close drawers and it only has soft close doors so that was a disappointment. My contractor did not put the feet on it so it's quite short. I think I can have that fixed later but it'll mean having the plumber come back to adjust the pipes. I think it's a decent quality and value but only because I got it on sale. I found it difficult to find vanities that had bronze hardware so I didn't have a lot to choose from. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. I love that there are so many drawers!
