This tub is great for the money. I upgraded from an older model and wasn't sure if this would meet up to my expectations. The tub was shipped on a truck - vertically with one small guy to deliver so have a plan as to how you will get it from the truck to your spot. Filled the tub and it was hot in 16 hours and awesome. The waterfall, jets, lights....I would tell anyone to buy this tub.

Hot tub is broken called company several times have me running around not getting it fixed. Had me call electrician again and jets stopped after 2 days

I had an Image spa I bought from Depot about 10 years ago, I moved and wanted something smaller. It had a true 2 speed pump, H&G has a 2 speed pump ( or so they call) that the first speed is used for filtering and the 2nd speed for jets. you can turn the ones off that you don't use, but still seems very weak. It's a nice tub, but do spend a little more on a tub that has a real 2 speed pump. The waterfall is a joke. it barely dribbles, they should leave that out. For the money and just 2 of us it's a great buy. Don't expect to put 5 people in it, kinda cramped. Most likely I will find new guts and put a real pump in.

First and most it is not a 6 hp motor its a 6 hp pump with a 1 hp motor. With all the jets on it is nice, but if you want the massage to really get deep you do need to shut off a few of the jets. For the money I highly recommend this product. I do have a wish list, the water fall is not much to speak about. but the colors are nice. One of the jets did not work and the corner was cracked at shipping. They got me the parts quick and gave me $75 worth of spa stuff for the work. Only took a few minutes to fix. Had to empty water out, but not that big of deal. It is a really heavy tub. Great quality. Took 10 guys to get it up 10 stairs and in our screened in porch. If your just putting it out side. Not a big deal. If you get it in the winter be careful and put a light in the inside to keep it warm until you can get it filled. It does have water in it from the factory. I read a review that said their hoses cracked. and took action :) . . . Took a while to get but that was Home depots mistake. They took off $250 for that. . . So happy with that .... Where ever you put it, try to get it close to the your Electrical Box, Wire is 6 gage and runs about 2.70 a foot. $80 for the GFI box. Real easy to hook up, had a friend that was a electrician that help me...... NEWS : it does come with a cover. Home Depot does not say it does and there computer does not have it listed. IT DOES COME WITH A COVER. :) ENJOY

If your looking for a great spa at a reasonable price this spa is for you it has tons of extra features it's not just a base model as you would think because of the Of the price and the best thing is we didn't have to pay the outrages upgrade fees!! Hi highly recommend this to anyone.

This hot tub is everything we expected and then some. We have no complaints seems to be well constructed perfect size jets have great pressure easy setup. Would definitely recommend
