[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with these lights! The cord is absolutely heavy duty and the lights do not get hot while in use. They are bright, but not blinding. We ended up putting them around our pool and couldn’t be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and operate. Seems like high quality. Love everything about these lights except they aren't as bright as I had hoped for. Loved that the bulbs are plastic so we did not worry about breakage, but they are pretty soft. If you step on them (accidentally) they bend very easily. This set is very attractive in my back yard . Very warm and cozy on our patio. Heavy-duty cord and bulb bodies. The individual bulbs come wrapped in a reddish plastic to help prevent them from breaking until you have them setup. Then they are easily removed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put these up outside and tried them out at night. They're not as bright as I had hoped but the colors and remote do work as advertised. What impresses me the most is I can use the remote from more than 20 feet away. The bulbs are fairly thick plastic and seem to be pretty durable. These are actually out in the elements, not under a cover, so if I can, I'll update this review next month after they've been exposed to different weather types.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to use something to light along the back wall of my property and found these to be super easy to install. Every light has a sturdy hole for mounting above it and it was easy to zip tie to the decorative brings in the top of my wall. The best part was the functionality of the lights! Multiple colors and the ability to dim the lighting in whatever mode makes for a really nice ambiance. Low lighting for normal use or brighten it up for a party! Great purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for, but one light has not lit.

Christmas all year round! I cannot say enough about these lights. First off Honeywell- Excellent Brand. Top notch material on these lights. Remote control with several exciting color combinations and effects. 48 Ft. long, I only need one for the entire length of my porch. I was I could post a video. If your considering purchasing these lights don't think twice and do yourself a favor and get multiple sets. You will be happy you did.

I bought these Honeywell outdoor/indoor lights that change color to spruce up our backyard/front yard depending on the holiday or occasion. First, I do think the construction of the light was good- the outer area is plastic, not glass, so leaving them outside is less risky with bad weather. I loved that they were LED. Overall, the ease of putting up these lights was easy and it is quite long (48 feet!) so you can do a lot with it. The reason I gave it an average rating is the coloring- I'm not sure if it's because of the LED or the plastic surface, but some of the colors aren't accurate. For instance, when I tried using orange, it appeared to be a golden yellow color (not a color I could put up for our team on game day). Some of the colors would not let me strobe or do the different patterns in, which I found to be weird. Either way, I'm leaving them up and attempting to see if I can make them work. Overall, still a decent product for the price and the colors that do work, are vibrant.

We received these color changing bulbs that are supposed to include a remote. I have no idea what the remote would do since it was not included with our lights. When the lights are plugged in, they are colorful and cycle through what I assume to be the demo mode. There were no instructions or remote included to find out more information about this product. Since the rest of our lights are white in color and there's no way to change the color on these, we had to forgo using them in our display. If you got a remote with yours and it worked properly, these would likely be 5 stars. But since it's an incomplete product, it's not worth the gamble.

These Honeywell Outdoor lights are nice accent addition to my back yard especially now during the holiday season. The best thing I like about this string set is the remote. It makes changing colors and and sequence so easy that it makes me look like a lighting pro. Being that it is 48 ft. long allows me to setup without attaching multiple sets. Cord is black and thick making it great for outdoor usage.I highly recommend this set.

We are in the process of making our backyard a lively entertainment area and the wife wanted some color changing lights to hang in the tree. Stumbled upon these HONEYWELL OUTDOOR/INDOOR 48 FT. 15-BULB FILAMENT COLOR CHANGE LED STRING LIGHT WITH REMOTE and the seem to check off what she wanted. The bulbs are a replaceable LED and the housing appears to be plastic. The cord is a nice, heavy duty insulated electric cord with a junction box and roughly 4 foot lead before the lights begin. Each light is spaced about 3 feet apart and hangs about 4 inches from the cord. At each light there is a modeled section affixed to the cord which allows for a durable connection to both the light and whatever your want to mount it to. The included remote allows you to dim the lights, change the color, turn them on and off, and activate one of the 6 functions: dance strobe pulse fade flash flicker. Best part is you can connect up to 25 stands! Overall the quality is good but I think the bulb housing could have been a little more robust. Wife's happy so I'm happy. Now I've just got to get them in the tree lol. Oh and it came with 2 mounting screws. Just 2.

Just the perfect size for my front porch. I was surprised how much adjust-ability this has for both color and light level. You can have safety level bright down to subtle mood lighting with just a push of the remote. My son however thinks the multi-color changing display is the preferred use for the lights so I have to hide the remote from him so it doesn't look like a dance party if I had it set for my mom to visit so she could see her way to the front door. On the plus side once Thanksgiving is over I can press a button and the porch Christmas lights are done.

This string light set adds nice ambiance to our hang out spot. The standard white is actually pretty bright at full strength, but can be dimmed down via the remote. For colors, we like the pulse and flash settings, but we sometimes just set it at a single color as well. The rubber that the lights hang from is a little stiff so hopefully a few that are hanging a little askew will straighten out over time. The remote is a good size and feels good in the hand, not like the thin card style ones that some cheaper sets use. The bulbs are just under 3 feet apart and you can use screws, nails, zip ties, etc. to hang them up. No screws were included except 2 for the control box that responds to the remote.

This is a great party light set or they can be used for holiday decorating. The remote allows you to change the color of the lights and also has settings for flash, strobe, pulse, dance fade and flicker. the remote makes it easy to set for best effect for your party. Each of the 15 bulbs has a mount the can be permanently attached with a screw or hook so the bulbs hang straight down. I am looking forward to getting them up in time for our holiday party.

These Honeywell string lights are heavy duty and weatherproof making them ideal for outside installation. The lights will change from initial amber color to green, red, blue. I did not receive the remote control so I can’t speak to how well it works. That’s ok because I usually lose remotes! Each bulb is suspended from the main cable and has an integrated loop for hanging. My pictures aren’t the greatest because I didn’t realize how long this string would be! I think I’m going to hang them in my man cave after the holidays. I doubt my wife will ever notice! These lights are LED, but I’m not sure if they can be replaced. The lights are wrapped when you get them and are Edison shaped. One thing to note, this is a really long string so you’re going to need more than just you to hang them or run the risk of busting a light because you accidentally bash it against something. It comes with a 5 year limited warranty. You can also attach additional strings via a heavy duty plug. The plug has a nifty cap if you don’t attach something additional strings.

If you're looking for instant party lights either indoors or outdoors you're going to love these HONEYWELL color changing lights. They boast a porch enwrapping 48 FOOT cord! Think of that! You can do down a 12 foot wall, across a 24 foot wall, and back down the other side wall with 12 more feet! Or you can completely encircle a 12 by 12 foot room! That's pretty good coverage. In my case I installed these under the awning over my back porch. I had plenty of lights where I didn't have to stretch the cord to maximum lengths to cover three walls of my entire porch. With a little planning, they hang very easily with the attached holes in the line. Imagine the line wrapping the entire 48 feet and every few feet a light drops down perpindicular to the main line. They're designed to dangle like that and if you set your work area up ahead of time, you'll have no issues hangling them easily. I had a situation where I could simply screw in hooks through my wooden framework on my porch awning. Then all I had to do was loop the holes through the hooks, whcih couldn't have been much easier than it went. Be sure to allow slack for plugging the string in (planning) and you're good to go. You can also run a guy wire around and attach to that, if that works better for you. Just know the lights should hook through their holes so they dangle properly. Once installed that's when the fun begins! With the remote (HONEYWELL even included the batteries for the remote, very thoughtful) in hand, start playing with the different colors and effects. You can go with all one color (including WHITE, which would provide plenty of light on your porch) or set the string up to do several pulses and blinks through the programmed remote. It's an instant party on Saturday night, then plenty of light during the week. Or perhaps green lights for Christmas... or just selct a color for whatever occassion is happening with you at the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to open the Honey well indoor/outdoor lights because the bulbs were heavy durable. Usually most outdoor light are small and dinky but these has a great quality. We chose to put these in our balcony. These were a great addition to add some flair and were pleasantly bright. Once you changed the color it added to the relaxation at night. We also used these for the holidays like red and green for Christmas and orange for Halloween. This served a good purpose for us to enjoy wine outside and holiday decorations. The remote is small donit best to keep it inside or get in the habit of putting in on a safe location. It’s easy to lose. We mounted a small pock on the indoor wall of our bedroom so it’s ray to place. Hanging was easy but since they are heavy you need some good attachment fasternera to hold the lights weight. We did fine and hanging them took about an hour. Overall this is a great light set.

We thought they would be much brighter like the regular lights but they are very subtle and dim even on the highest setting

Very disappointed as the lights are too far apart. Will be taking them down and going a different route.

This has everything I was wanting EXCEPT the brightness. Installation is easy and the remote works fine. The amount of light put out is better suited as accent lighting than for illumination.

Ordered 2, then 2 more I loved them so much! Blinking & flashing color change options, although my favorite is the fade, as colors slowly change. Plenty if colors & the white lights are super bright, thankfully those are dimmable. Heavy duty cord, easy to install. Comes with a remote, exactly what I needed. I have 4 sets strung together & all operate with 1 remote. Highly recommend these lights.

I bought of these lights. One worked fine and the other had problems. I reached out to Claudine in customer service for Honeywell and after waiting over 5 months and repeated correspondences, I had to give up. The customer service did nothing at all for me after more then 5 months. I would stay away from this company, as if anything goes wrong: you will here in 12-16 weeks we will do....and they won't send you anything. Reach out again and Claudine will say the warehouse is backed up. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

They were super easy to hang/string on our back porch & they have held up great in outdoor conditions as our back porch isn’t covered but we have end beams to hang lights from and eventually cover so they have been exposed to heat & rain but held up in both! Definitely a great product

The string is long enough for the area intended, and it adds just enough brightness for those summer night hangouts! The remote works great but could use a little longer distances range to function. Seems to not burn up bulbs fast either I've left mine on for 36+ hrs straight with zero issues. not to bright and not too dem also takes normal light bulbs witch is perfect
