The product is fine- online customer service not so much.item came in and sensor light was on saying refuse delivery. Called to get replacement and online rep said sorry take it or leave it they can’t send replacement. They would only take $100 off. Person in store Ronna was wonderful and understanding. I would like to give her 10 stars!

HD delivered 8 out of 18 pieces and claims it was delivered in full. I’ve spent hours on the phone or in chat trying to explain this over and over. First I was told all pieces were in the boxes delivered when the contents labeled on the box say differently. It would have to be a clown car of a box. The burden to prove all this seems to be mine. We are told they are going to do a “warehouse sweep” to try to find missing pieces and will let us know if they find anything. Terrible cust svc.

I like the cabinets but shipping was a nightmare. The first set was damaged and the order was cancelled without letting me know why. I had to order again and had to question why I was not getting it for the same price. The second order finally made it to my house but one cabinet was damaged and you could not just get the one new cabinet without sending the whole order back. I was given a couple credits for the hassle but it should not be that difficult to order a product. I would definitely recommend ordering from another company because the reviews are accurate abut the shipping issues.

The item was not delivered in the scheduled day. It was left in the rain and a turned-red sign on the box indicated bad handling of the product. We opened the box to find out one door was damaged. You'd think that because Home Depot owns Husky, you'd get excellent customer service, but is is quite the opposite. The representative stated they wouldn't replace the damaged cabinet and would only send a door for us to try and replace it ourselves. I was hung up twice and was on the phone for 1 h

After setting it up I notice that there were dents on 3 different sides of one cabinet and called the customer service, and said they cannot replace it and offer me for a returne! I am frustrated! Moments later they ask to give me 150$ discount or return the whole thing! Actually this is 3rd of different occasions that they sent me damage and wrong item! Need to look for a different company! Your discount is Good but I NEED A QUALITY and ALSO LESS STRESS!

Cabinets are great but one came damaged

Looks awesome. So great that it is basically already assembled. Great space and very sturdy and great quality. We used the third cabinet for outdoor shoe and tou storage. It has transformed my garage!

First order was delivered with damage to the bottom of the large cabinets. Had to return whole set and order another set. Second set was delivered to local HD in perfect condition. Set is easy to install, looks great, holds a ton of stuff. I'm happy with it. The protective film on the stainless steel work bench is super difficult to peel off. Like unbelievably difficult. Going to have to use heat or chemicals to remove it.

Home Depot, what will it take to get these a home without major damage? Delivered or shipped to store, it makes no difference apparently. This is an ongoing saga. For those reading this review, read all the similar experiences and be warned that yours will likely show up damaged too. If you are ok with spending money on dented and destroyed cabinets and customer service that tells you to keep sending back and reordering then have at it. Keep in mind, each time this happens, its another 2 weeks.

Nice looking unit. I have had it now for two weeks. Very well built. Comes almost completely put together. Has plenty of storage. All I had to do was install the shelves. It came with two brackets with bubble levels built to attach the two small top cabinets in between the main locker units which made it easy to get everything squared up and even. The legs of all the units are real sturdy and easy to adjust from the inside using a provided Allen wrench. The shelves hold 200 lb so you can load them up if needed. It came with safety straps to attach the lockers to the wall. Overall, this unit was easy to put up in place and it’s not going to fall due to how it’s attached to the wall. The workstation has two different installation heights. I put mine on the top notches which allowed me to have room underneath it where I can also place items on top of the small bottom cabinets. They came with Husky branded mats so you will not damage the paint. I am 5’-11” and the height of the workstation is perfect. You also have some cutouts you can remove which allow you to run extension cords inside the unit. I would highly recommend this unit. This unit has more than met my expectations.

We purchased this unit to store items in our unfinished basement. It is solid and provides the storage we need. We had a major delivery issue, but Home Depot's customer service was outstanding. It did take a few phone calls and an email, but I was reimbursed for delivery fees and the cost of having a moving company move it into the basement on a Saturday. Everyone I was in contact with bent over backward to help solve the problem, which was with the delivery company, not Home Depot. Thanks!

One of the tall cabinets came damaged. It had a dent on the side. When I called the customer service, they told me they could give a refund of $150 or replace ALL the cabinets. We had already set up the other cabinets and wanted just the one that had the defect to be replaced but apparently they don't have that option. I have been a loyal customer to Home depot but I am disappointed by this experience and will be rethinking about making such expensive purchases from Home Depot again.

This purchase was much better than I expected. The cabinets are well constructed, need minimal preparation to install and were well packaged when delivered. The instructions made this an easy project.

Never received it as the delivery person delivered to neighbor or someone else. Home Depot can’t get their story right. Showed me a picture of my front lawn but no packages and described neighbor's garage door, some unknown signature and said they delivered inside a garage. Not mine since I was out of town during that time. Won’t even help with description of the person delivered to or name of the signature so I can file a police report. My orders still says it’s on its way even though they said they delivered it a week before the scheduled delivery date. They told me to dispute the charge on my credit card because they have “proof” of delivery. Terrible customer service!

This is a really nice cabinet system. It's packed really well. I was shocked at how it was packaged when i picked it up. One off my complaints is the mounting brackets for the upper cabinets. It would be much easier install if it was one long bracket instead of individual brackets for each cabinet. The other one is, it's totally impossible to secure all 3 of the middle lower cabinets to the wall with the included securement straps.

The quality of this product is excellent. Easy to assemble and looks great. The only modification i made was placing it on a base to raise it 4 inches. Love this set.

If you are considering the DIY cabinet, this is a much better option, per-assembled very rigid and sturdy, a lot of space, very nice looking product, I finally have my garage organized with a good looking cabinet instead of the 2x4 and bin organizers, this look professional and clean.

Love this system and wanted something like this for a while. Rock solid. Easy to install and this 9 piece system gives you so much storage. Even better I got mine on a Special Buy for $1350. As for the delivery company Home Depot uses, USPack, absolute most rude customer service people I have ever dealt with. I have to had two large deliveries from Home Depot using this company. Once they lost part of the order, and this time they screwed up the delivery. Just terrible.

Easy to assemble, went together quickly! Solid cabinets and shelves for the garage, very pleased with the quality and construction. It will take me a while to get organized, but these will help a great deal to reduce clutter in the garage and make things more organized. I've added some LED under cabinet lights to light the work area, which makes it nice.

Overall, I'm satisfied. We'll packaged and above average quality. I chose the smaller of the garage cabinet systems. It holds more than I had expected. Organized the space nicely!

Top quality packaging and product.

Purchased the Husky 5-Piece Regular Duty storage system online through Home Depot. Arrived at the store within a few days in a very heavy box that requires some strategy in unloading from our pickup truck without damaging. Took about three hours to unload, assemble, carefully position, and bolt into place. Added some recessed LED lighting and two finished boards to serve as a workbench atop the lower cabinets. Very pleased with the nice upgrade to our garage.

First time ever buying any sort of garage organization, and this was one of the easiest products to put together. The instructions were clear and it took about an hour and a half to put together was two people. It’s very sturdy, put together well, and very spacious. The delivery was also very smooth. I would highly recommend this product to anybody looking for some organization.

Absolutely beautiful. They were shipped bolted together and foam padding. Very easy to install. I really like the adjustable feet to compensate for the sloping floor.

Great price for what it is looks great. Could use more shelfs.

Love my garage system! It was 95% put together upon arrival, so I had it installed and in place in about an hour. Plenty of cabinet space and will seemingly stand the test of time.
