Door appears sturdy; hinges had to be removed and...
Door appears sturdy; hinges had to be removed and rereattached by contractor due to being placed poorly. The plugs for the screw holes were wrong. Two weeks later the correct plugs arrived but poor fitting.Better Quality controlled definitely needed.

It looks ok, and works ok, but at this price...
It looks ok, and works ok, but at this price point I would expect the handle latch and deadbolt latch recesses to be the right size and they weren't. Carving up a new door doesn't make sense to me

The hinge screws were entered slanted by the factory. I...
The hinge screws were entered slanted by the factory. I only found out this defect after the installation because it caused the door not to close properly, I am afraid to fix them properly as the holes will get widened and then I will have the throw out the whole door. Terrible quality control

I have purchased this door on several rehab projects I've worked on. For the money it is a very stylish door! Gives great curb appeal from the outside, and let's the light shine in while still giving privacy from the inside. My carpenters never seem to have any issues installing it...Highly recommend!

Not a lightweight door. Stained glass panel is sandwiched between two flat glass panes. Door jamb has a metal plate at the dead bolt location for extra security. Instruction sheet isn't very usable. Not a project for the first time installer but if you've done an exterior door before, this one is as easy as any. Good videos available online to show installation.

This entrance door installed easily. Has the appearance of an expensive door and to my surprise it's Energy Star Certified. Love the natural light that the door's glass allows in. Overall curb appeal is much more impressive with this wonderful door. Looks like it was a special order to go with style of house. This is a great transitional style door and would highly recommend for quality, price, energy star cert.
